Our entire experience with Phine Safaris was absolutely amazing from start to finish!
Everything went incredibly smoothly, and their communication was always quick, clear, and reliable. As this was my first safari, I initially had some concerns, but their professionalism and responsiveness made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
Even when our preferred hotel was unavailable, they went above and beyond to find the best possible alternative. Whenever we had additional requests or wanted to make changes, they responded immediately and arranged everything so efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble!
A very special thank you to our guide, James, whose dedication was truly exceptional! He put his heart and soul into making sure we saw everything we wanted to see. He never gave up searching for the wildlife we hoped to encounter, while always prioritizing our safety, comfort, and personal requests. His passion, commitment, and genuine care made our safari even more special.

Flawless organisation
Perpetua organised our three day trip to the Masai Mara flawlessly. Communication was excellent and she gave us a range of options to choose from to suit our itinerary and budget. The highlight of our trip was the long early morning game drive with Moses, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Zebra River camp was pleasant - not 5* luxury, but very nice - with good food. We appreciated Phine’s flexibility with our drop-off location at the end of the safari, taking us to Naivasha instead of Nairobi. Overall we had a positive experience with Phine Safaris and would recommend.

Amazing!
We had a fantastic safari with Phine Safaris. It wasn't our first safari, but it was the first time we booked with a Kenyan organization. Phine Safaris arranged everything perfectly. We didn't have to worry about a thing—we could simply enjoy the experience, and we certainly did. I even received a lovely present as remember of the safari for my birthday. Very good Tour
We had a great time on our 3 days Mount Kenya trip. From the beginning it was very easy to communicate via Email and WhatsApp. Everything was well organized and on time. Our guides Ibrahim and Timothy did everything that we reached Point Lenana. Highly recommended tour operator.

They are the best!
We have nothing but the best memories of the tour. The staff was very warm and provided personalized attention. We were given hats at the start! :) The meals were varied. The guides were extremely professional (Kim and Ibrahim). Our 15-year-old son joined us on the hike, and the last day was very challenging. If it weren’t for the guides’ instructions, we wouldn’t have made it. I highly recommend this company.

Our Masai Mara experience was truly unforgettable — we celebrated our anniversary there, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The private tent setup was stunning, offering both luxury and intimacy in the middle of nature. The safari itself was exceptional, thanks to our driver Moses, who went above and beyond to ensure we saw all the animals and had the best possible game drives. His knowledge and dedication made a huge difference.
Lamu was equally magical — such a serene and unique destination. Everything was beautifully arranged, allowing us to completely relax and soak in the charm of the island.

We have just returned from an absolutely incredible trip organised by Phine Safaris, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
From start to finish, everything was seamless. A special mention has to go to Kelvin, who supported us through every step of the process. His communication was excellent, he answered every question patiently, and he made sure every detail was taken care of. It gave us complete confidence before we even arrived.
The entire trip exceeded expectations. The accommodation at Emayian Luxury Camp was fantastic. The tents were beautifully set up, comfortable, and in a stunning location. Waking up to those views each morning was something special. The food was also excellent throughout. Fresh, varied, and far better than we expected in the middle of the bush.
Most importantly, the safari experience itself was unforgettable. We saw an incredible number of animals and had some truly breathtaking moments. The guides were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the whole experience even more meaningful.
It was a really well organised, memorable trip from beginning to end. We are genuinely delighted with the experience and would not hesitate to book with Phine Safaris again.

A stress-free and fun experience
Me and my daughter traveled to Nairobi for a 4 day Safari to the Masai Mara National Reserve and from beginning to end the experience was organized very well. With a very good and proactive communication without being intrusive allowing me to respond when I could and providing clear explanations on what to expect and the different options.
Upon arrival our pick up was right on time and again we had good communication, our pick up for the Safari was very good as well and we even got some very awesome safari hats! we were the only ones in our group that had them as others had coordinated with different agencies and it was another small token to show the attention to detail and care for making the trip enjoyable.
The accommodation at the Reserve was very comfortable, we selected Enkorok and it did not disappoint, the meals were awesome as well as the service, the rooms were very very comfortable as well as the showers, hot water and the pool , all very comfortable.
The experience in the Reserve was absolutely incredible our guide Moses was very knowledgeable of all the fauna in the reserve, communicated seamlessly and knew all the best spots to take us to and we saw the big 5! on top of great pictures we learned a lot about the ecosystem in the reserve and the animals, their patterns, the nature of their interactions,
Our return to Nairobi was seamless and the constant communication was always welcomes particuarly for me as a mother traveling with my daughter to an African country I had a few worries but needless to say that I chose the best agency possible because we enjoyed a wonderful safari that will be a memory that I will forever treasure.
