Professional with a strong focus on client satisfaction
We thoroughly enjoyed our safari. The team was extremely professional and paid attention to our every need.
They took care of everything (transportation, accommodation, food…) so we didn't have to worry about a nothing. We only enjoyed the moment and take out pictures.
We received some gift like t-shirts, water bottles, beer, and banana chips etc.
A special thanks to our guide, Edson and Japhred, who was fantastic. We lost our bag on the last day of the safari, and they are doing thier best to find it, and arranging for someone to deliver it to us in Zanzibar after we left Mikumi.

Madini Africa Adventure is a perfect operator
Our custom Tanzania safari was a thoroughly successful and unforgettable experience. I would particularly like to highlight our German-speaking guide, Frederic, who distinguished himself through his exceptional ability to connect with the group. With great expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine passion, he introduced us to his country, its people, the culture, and—of course—the fascinating wildlife. Our well-being was always his top priority, and we felt well looked after and completely safe throughout the entire trip. The superbly organized tours led by local guides provided even deeper, more authentic insights, allowing us to experience the country and its people from a unique perspective. The choice of accommodation was also excellent; the lodges were very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. All in all, the safari was a wonderful experience that left a lasting impression on me. I can wholeheartedly recommend this trip and the service provided by the entire team, and I would gladly go on a safari like this again anytime.

We went on a custom-designed safari through Tanzania. The professionalism and personalized options offered by Madini Africa Adventure were incredibly helpful and ensured we had an unforgettable vacation. Our guide, Frederic, did a fantastic job. He spoke fluent German and introduced us to his country, its traditions, and its nature in a truly delightful way. He exuded a friendly, welcoming vibe from the very first minute; his positive energy and good spirits were contagious. We were always able to get up close to the wildlife, and because Frederic often ventured off the main routes, we frequently experienced animal sightings in solitude. He is so well-connected within the parks and among other guides that we always had the latest information on animal sightings. The trip was a dream come true and brought us so much joy. I can highly recommend Madini Africa Adventure. Unlike with many other providers, the picnic food was consistently excellent, and the lodges selected for the trip were all outstanding. As I said, it was a completely worry-free, all-inclusive experience. Thanks to the personalized itinerary, our destinations included a coffee roastery near Kilimanjaro (with a hike to a waterfall), a city tour of Moshi, Arusha National Park, Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, the Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti National Park. Afterward, we enjoyed a few days on Zanzibar. Many thanks to the entire team at Madini Africa Adventure!

From day one, the level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail was top-notch. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Benaiah Chaulah, our sales manager and main point of contact. Benaiah is an absolute lifesaver and a true professional. Before we even arrived, she went above and beyond for us—literally going in person to the immigration office early in the morning to solve an urgent visa issue on our behalf, saving our entire trip!
Beyond making our anniversary trip seamless, Benaiah surprised us with a first-class birthday gift and celebration, which was such a thoughtful, personal, and heartwarming touch!
A special thank you goes to our extraordinary safari guide and driver, Eric! Eric's eagle eyes, vast knowledge of the parks, and endless patience allowed us to experience the absolute best of Tanzania's wildlife. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five—including rare black rhinos, leopards up close, lions, and the Great Migration!

Pure gold! Best holiday ever! Best operator ever!
From start to finish our experience with Madini Africa Adventure was great. Fabulous and prompt reply to communications. No question too hard or too silly. Treated with absolute respect. Benaiah was amazing at understanding what we wanted from our safari and Frederic made it happen. Benaiah greeted us at the airport with flowers and a huge smile. So welcoming. Great to meet the person I had been communicating with for the past 7 months. Frederic has been in the industry for 15 years and is extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, birds and botany. He listens and makes the wishes come true. He knows where to go to see the wildlife and took time to teach us Swahili. He is well known among the other operators and very obviously well respected among them. Frederic has a great sense if humour and is also keen to learn about where you are from. This tour was extremely good value for money. The accommodation we stayed at was first class. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and at each stop were fondly greeted and our anniversary was celebrated with the staff singing, baking a cake or providing special treats in our room. Great attention to detail. I would return to Tanzania and Madini Africa Adventure in a heartbeat! A huge thank you to Frederic and Benaiah for making our holiday an unforgettable special experience!

Having a knowledgeable driver- Jimmy was amazing and got to see some animals we wouldn’t have otherwise. Benaiah who planner and organised the tour was also amazing and very accomodating, which made the occasion special.

Amazing! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing!
Great communication from the booking team, Edson was amazing in helping us book the trip, fast and happy to help with any questions. They arranged our transfers to and from the airport and they were waiting on arrival to Arusha. Eric was our tour guide and he was amazing, you can tell he is an expert in safari guides and he had so much knowledge about the animals. The jeep was very comfy and there were always lots of snacks and drinks available to us at all times. The food was lovely through the safari and the lodges we stayed at (safari view camp tented lodge and Eileen’s treehouse lodge) were all so nice and the staff again were really helpful.
We enjoyed Serengeti and especially Ngorgoro crater, we saw so many animals together.

amazing experience with our guide Fredrick
We had a wonderful time with our guide Fredrick in Tanzania. We spent 10 days traveling through Tarangire, the Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti, and the Ikoma Hills. He shared so much fascinating information about nature and wildlife with us, and besides seeing the Big Five, we also learned about many other animals, birds, and plants.
We connected with Fredrick right from the moment he picked us up at the airport. He spoke German very well and was extremely entertaining. We definitely never lacked fun during our trip. He is humorous, punctual, and open-minded.
