Great service, lots of wildlife, nice guides.
We've seen lots of wildlife in Hell's Gate (zebras, giraffes, buffalos, impalas, pumbas, baboons) and Lake Naivasha/Crescent Island (same as before + hippos, waterbucks and a lot of big birds including pelicans and eagles). You can be VERY close to a wildlife, e.g. baby giraffes are not afraid of you and they approach just 1 meter next to you. Contact with tour operator was non-problematic, guides were professional and knowledgeable, driver was very kind. 100% recommend.

An Amazing Safari Experience with Black Santa Safari!
We had a fantastic 5-night Kenya experience with Black Santa Safari — 3 nights in Masai Mara, 1 night in Nairobi and 1 night at Lake Naivasha.
Herbert is truly the go-to guy — super responsive, helpful, and always willing to accommodate the little things that make a trip special.
Our guide and driver, Isaac, was simply outstanding! Extremely friendly, knows everyone around, has great knowledge of the Mara, and drives confidently without GPS. He made sure we spotted the Big 5 — multiple times!
Highly recommended. They definitely won’t disappoint!

beautiful experience in Tsavo East and Taita Hills
Our guide, Patrick, accompanied us on this wonderful three-day adventure in Tsavo East and Taita Hills National Parks. We were fortunate and honored to see so many animals and Kenya's fantastic landscapes! Patrick was incredibly kind and professional, explaining everything in detail and making this an incredible experience. We stayed at Voi Safari Lodge and SaltLick Lodge, both truly beautiful, immersed in nature and equipped with every comfort.

At first I was skeptical. I was worried about getting scammed. The reviews about Black Santa Safari were great so we went with them. Everything from start to finish was 100%!! We went with the 3 day luxury package and were not disappointed. They use a govt run sight for the deposit and balance payment that doesn't look too official but it worked and I was emailed a receipt. I didn't pay my balance until Ithe dsy of my Safari. As I was still skeptical. If you hoose to do it tha t way, give yourself a few hours for it to register before pick up. Now that I know they are legit, I could pay a few days ahead from home as the wifi there can be spotty...or just bring cash. From the accommodations to the food and spotting wildlife this Safari company were 10 out of 10! Our driver, Ronald picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel on time. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He even made an unexpected stop to show us the Great Rift Valley! We thought about renting a car and driving ourselves but after being on the roads and them driving on the opposite side as USA , We're glad we didn't. That area of Niarobi/Masi Mara doesn't take American Express but my Mastercard was fine. They use Kenyan Shillings there but do take American dollars for tips and souvenirs. I would also recommend the Masi village stop for $30 us up. It was very interesting! Thank you so much Herbert from Black Santa Tours!

We booked a safari to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. Everything was organized seamlessly, allowing us to just relax and enjoy the wild beauty of Kenya.
We were lucky enough to see so many animals! From giant herds of elephants and majestic giraffes to zebras, buffaloes,(big)cats, and various bird species.
BlackSanta was phenomenal. The driver/guide had incredible knowledge about the park, sharp eyes for spotting animals hidden in the bush, and a genuine passion for wildlife.
If you want an authentic, well-managed safari with fantastic game viewing, go with BlackSanta Safari.

An unforgettable safari with an amazing guide—highly recommended for families!
We had an amazing 3-day safari to Tsavo East and Taita Hills/ Salt Lick, and we are very happy with the whole experience and the way the trip was organized.
Communication with our guide before the safari was very quick, clear, and helpful. Everything was well organized, and any small issues that came up during the trip were handled smoothly and without any problems.
Santa is a wonderful, cheerful, and genuinely kind person with a great knowledge of wildlife. It was clear from the very beginning that he truly cared about making our safari special. He did everything he could to help us see as many animals as possible and, most importantly, to make sure that our 10-year-old son had an unforgettable holiday. Santa's passion, experience, and positive attitude made the whole safari even more enjoyable.

Operator was timely, reliable, provided good communications, safety and also relaxing atmosphere.
Had a very good Safari experience, everything was on time, we have managed to see all the sites according to the plan even though the time was limited. Learned a lot about animals, took good photos and felt safe on the roads.
