I had a wonderful time. Can recommend Zambezi Quest and Brighton to everyone. It was all very professionally planned. Hotels were nice. We had Gerry as our Tourguide. He was great. He was always on time and made sure that we are happy. He is very knowledgeable. Had trouble with my luggage, which did not arrive and they made sure, that my vacation will go smoothly. They finally got it. They make sure that you are happy with everything. Would go with this company again. Thank you Brighton. Gerry and Prince.

5/5

Our safari experience in Zimbabwe and Botswana was absolutely incredible and, honestly, hard to improve on. From the very beginning, everything was very well organized, making us feel confident and relaxed throughout the whole trip.

Communication with Brighton was excellent. He always replied to our emails very quickly, was very approachable and genuinely involved in making sure every detail of the trip was well planned. His friendly and personal approach gave us a great sense of trust and made the whole organization process easy and enjoyable.

All the activities were extremely well organized, and the itinerary allowed us to enjoy every moment without having to worry about the logistics. Our guide, Gerry, was also fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive, and his expertise made the safari even more special.

As a family, this has been an unforgettable experience and a trip that we will remember for many years to come. We felt that the service, organization and personal attention we received offered excellent value for money.

We would highly recommend this tour operator to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and genuinely caring company to organize a safari in Zimbabwe and Botswana. Thank you to Brighton, Gerry and the whole team for making our family trip so special!

Brighton was knowledgeable, flexible, friendly, timely and engaging with everyone on the tour.
5/5

Our experience was amazing, we were able to do all the things we wanted to do, even when plans changed. Brighton was flexible and understanding about health concerns, children, dietary requirements or anything else that cropped up. The tour was very well planned, had a good pace, but also had some down time to rest. We really enjoyed Hwange National Park and the lodge and will spend more time there when I do it again. The accommodation throughout was amazing with everything we could have needed. We saw so many animals and had some great laughs with the family. Brighton was always communicative and on time to every event, even if we weren't. He was able to direct us and assist with any border issues and translation situations we ran into. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend working with Brighton and his company. We had an amazing experience, one to remember for a lifetime.

Trip of a lifetime
5/5

Brighton provided top tier customer service from the initial inquiry through final goodbyes. The suggestions of activities and places to stay were exactly what we were looking for. Even the third party excursions exceeded our expectations.
The animals were spectacular and the time spent searching ended up being a highlight.
Brighton planned and executed a trip of a lifetime for my family and we are forever grateful. Some of us are already planning a return visit and hope to work with Brighton again!

Brighton is an excellent host, very knowledgeable and flexible to meet our needs and desires.
5/5

Our family safari was exceptional! Brighton arranged an 11 day safari for our family of 8 persons, aged 12 to 75. We visited Hwange, Victoria Falls, Chobe, Elephant Sands and the Okavango Delta. Brighton is an excellent host. He is very punctual and communicates well. His network of local guides was both flexible and professional. Game drives, cruises, lodges, meals – everything was well planned and executed. We enjoyed our African safari experience to the max.

Reliable
5/5

We took part in a customized 14-day tour through Zimbabwe and Botswana, covering some of the most remarkable natural areas in Southern Africa: Hwange National Park, Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park, Elephant Sands, the Makgadikgadi Pans, the Okavango Delta, and Matobo National Park.
The itinerary was well designed and allowed us to experience very diverse environments, from the vast savannas of Hwange to the spectacular Victoria Falls, and the unique landscapes of the Okavango Delta and the Makgadikgadi salt pans. Among all the destinations we visited, Hwange National Park probably offered the most rewarding wildlife sightings, with an impressive abundance of animals.
I particularly appreciated the variety of experiences included: game drives, boat excursions, guided walks, and the opportunity to observe very different ecosystems. Elephant Sands is an interesting and unusual stop; however, during our stay, there were only a few elephants near the lodge. Most likely, the time of year was not ideal for witnessing the large concentrations of animals the area is known for.
Overall, the accommodations were appropriate for the nature of the trip. Some were simpler, others more comfortable, but all were functional and suited to the itinerary. A special mention goes to Matobo Hills Lodge: a beautiful property perfectly integrated into the landscape, with impeccable cleanliness, extremely kind and helpful staff, excellent food, and a truly unique location. It was undoubtedly one of the best lodges of the entire trip.
Matobo National Park, although less well-known than other more famous destinations, is absolutely worth a visit. Its granite landscapes are extraordinary, and the activities offered are among the most interesting of the trip. In my opinion, two nights are enough to fully appreciate it, but it is a stop that should not be missed in any Zimbabwe–Botswana itinerary.
The guides and local staff were professional, knowledgeable, and always available, contributing greatly to a smooth and enjoyable experience.
I would recommend this itinerary to anyone looking for an authentic African nature experience, with an excellent balance between iconic destinations and lesser-known but equally fascinating places.
A special thanks goes to our guide, Brighton from Zambezi Tour, who organized the trip and accompanied us for most of the journey. From the very first contact, he proved attentive to our expectations and the requirements I had expressed during the planning phase. Throughout the 14 days we spent together, he managed the program with great flexibility, adapting it when necessary while always keeping the goals of the trip in focus. His expertise, deep knowledge of the territory and local wildlife, combined with his availability and ability to listen, contributed significantly to the success of the experience
