A fantastic tour for honeymoon.
We were able to communicate via WhatsApp, which made things very easy. On our private safari, our guide frequently asked us what we wanted to see. The accommodations were all excellent. We would especially like to highlight the lunches; we were served meals on proper plates, whereas others had packed lunchboxes. Unfortunately, on the return journey, the hood of our vehicle tore off due to the wind and the bumpy road. Sebastian, our tour guide, drove very carefully after that and got us safely to our destination.

Fantastic Safari Experience
We had a fantastic safari with Ndutu Green Explorers and were very happy with the whole experience. Everything was organised smoothly, from the transfers and accommodation to the daily safari schedule, so we never had to worry about anything.
A huge part of what made the trip so memorable was our guide, Gilibert. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife. He explained a lot about the animals and their behaviour, spoke very good English and always made sure we were in the right place at the right time.
During the safari we managed to see all of the Big Five and were lucky enough to experience the Great Migration three times, which was absolutely incredible.
We would happily recommend Ndutu Green Explorers to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania, and we would especially recommend asking for Gilibert as your guide.

When we started planning our safari in Tanzania, we honestly didnât know exactly what to expect. We hoped it would be special, but the experience we had with Ndutu Green Explorers was far beyond anything we imagined.
From the very beginning, the communication and organisation were excellent. Everything was clearly explained, our questions were answered quickly, and once we arrived, the whole trip ran seamlessly. Transfers, accommodation, meals, timing and all the small details were taken care of, so we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. We always felt that the company was reliable, professional and genuinely cared about making our trip memorable. Considering the quality of the organisation, service and overall experience, we felt we received excellent value for money.
But what truly made this safari exceptional was our guide, Gilibert.
Ndutu Green Explorers planned everything perfectly, but even the best itinerary would not be the same without an exceptional guide. Gilibertâs knowledge, experience, passion for his work and genuine desire to give his guests the best possible safari experience made all the difference.
He seemed to know exactly where to go, what to look for and when it was worth waiting. Thanks to him, we saw an incredible variety of wildlife, including all of the Big Five, and we were unbelievably lucky to witness the Great Migration three separate times. It was absolutely breathtaking.
Gilibert has an impressive knowledge of wildlife and animal behaviour and was always happy to explain what we were seeing and answer every question we had. His English is excellent, communication was effortless, and spending long safari days together was genuinely enjoyable. You can immediately feel that this is not simply a job for him - he truly loves what he does and puts his heart into giving every guest the best possible experience.
There were so many moments when we simply looked at each other and thought, âWOW - is this really happening?â The whole safari exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the organisation to the wildlife, the service, the atmosphere and especially our guide - everything was simply incredible.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Ndutu Green Explorers, and especially Gilibert, to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania. If we ever return, it would honestly be partly because we would love to spend a few more days driving around the Serengeti with Gilibert again.

Here is our review of the Tanzania safari tour we took for our honeymoon.
While planning our safari, we contacted and compared quotes from several different companies, and we ultimately chose Ndutu Green Explorers. They offered the most reasonable prices and the best-balanced itinerary among all the options, and looking back, it was without a doubt the best decision of our entire honeymoon.
Godson, who handled our initial inquiries, was incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough from start to finish, which gave us complete peace of mind.
Our safari guide, Tony, was hands down the best guide we could have ever asked for:
* Exceptional Driving Skills: Despite being young, he demonstrated steady, outstanding driving across rough off-road terrain and long distances.
* Spot-on Wildlife Tracking: His knack for positioning us right where the Great Wildebeest Migration was happening allowed us to witness unforgettable spectacles up close.
* Spotting All Available Big 5 (4 out of 5): He helped us spot 4 of the Big 5âbasically every single one that inhabited the areas we visited! The only one we couldn't see was the rhino, simply because they don't inhabit that specific area. We definitely plan to return to Tanzania and head to Ngorongoro with Tony to complete the Big 5 with a rhino sighting!
From the itinerary and pricing to the professionalism of the staff, everything about this safari was truly flawless. If you are debating which Tanzania safari company to book with, we wholeheartedly recommend Ndutu Green Explorers.

A perfectly timed itinerary for the season.
Before booking, I compared prices and itineraries across several operators, and Ndutu Green Explorers offered a perfectly timed itinerary tailored for the season.
From the very beginning back in Korea, Godson managed my booking and itinerary. I had so many questions beforehand, but he always answered kindly and promptly.
Once I arrived in Tanzania, I met my guide, Tony. If I had to describe Tony in one sentence <despite his young age, he is a true veteran with an incredible ability to spot animals and find the absolute best positions.>
During a safari, game drives are relatively short, so seeing as many animals as possible from a great vantage point is crucial. Spending 4 days and 3 nights with Tony, there was not a single moment where we had a bad viewing angle or missed out.
If you want to see wildlife from the best spots possible, I highly recommend Tony!

We are a family who travelled on safari with a young 7 year old boy. The experience started from the moment we researched and chose Ndutu for their genuine recommendations by other tourists. Rachel, our contact, took such good care of us, privided us with a safari itinerary according to our wishes and she was always available for questions and concerns! Thank you Rachel! You are a star.
Once we landed in Arusha and were picked up by a driver, our experience started off positively. The accommodation arranged by Rachel was impeccable. She took care of everything. All our accommodations were great during our 5 day safari. We fell in love with the camps in the Central and northern sernengeti for the comfort, kindness of the people working there, the location ( on our last night a lion was behind our camp snd we could hear it clearly). And the food! Swahili cuisine at its best. The staff took great care of our family especially when our son got sick.
The guide: Toni. What a smart, knowledgeable young man with.ezcellent driving skills and the patience of a saint. He answered all my questions and his instincts allowed us to witness the beauty of the serengeti, the wilderness, the great migration. He took such good care of my son and was always ensuring our boy was ok. Thank you from our heart.

Incredible Safari Tour
My wife and I had an incredible experience with Ndutu Green Explorers. Our first contact with them is through Godson, who was extremely kind and patient in crafting our honeymoon safari to my expectations. He even arranged pickup and droppoff to and from JRO airport as part of our package.
Our incredible guide was Ima. A lot of reviews say that the guide was the one factor that made or break your trip. With Ima, we saw not only all the Big 5 animals, but also cheetahs and giraffes. Within hours of our central Serengeti drive, we a leopard sleeping in a tree and two adult lions fighting over a kill. These memories will stay with us forever. Ima is also very kind and humble, always making sure weâre doing fine and even helping out other drivers and sometimes the local children in neighbouring towns. He has the Serengeti paths mapped in his head, allowing us to be one of two jeeps in viewing two lions relaxing underneath a tree and one in the tree. He was very easy to talk to and made the drives between camps engaging.
Thank you, thank you Ima and Ndutu Green - we will remember this trip for the rest of our lives and hope to be back soon.

Everything was PERFECT!
Our drive Evans made sure we saw the big 5 in our 3 day fly in and out of Serengeti! ndotu explorers took good care of everything from the pickup in the hotel in Zanzibar to delivering us back in Zanzibar. We could not be more grateful, and I really want to come back :)! It was amazing! The tents in the Serengeti are peeeeeeeerfect! The sky is so impressive, and the noises will be forever with us!

Gilbert was the most professional and knowledgeable tour operator, absolutely amazing
Our tour guide Gilbert made our experience in the Serengeti an unforgettable experience, through his 13years as a tour guide he has accrued knowledge that not every guide will know. For every species we couldnât identify and every question we had he knew the answer. His life of the party personality and his kind demeanour made the trip genuinely worth the price. Within the first day of the trip we had already seen three of the big five. Gilbertâs connections with our tour guides made it possible for us to see soo many things that not everyone gets to including not just one but two Leopards, the hardest of the big five to find and an animal that many people who go on safaris much longer than us never get to see. By the third day on our trip to Northern Serengeti within the first 15minutes of our trip to watch the great migration Gilbert knew all the best locations to watch the wilder beast cross and once again his connections with hundreds of other tour guides across Tanzania allowed us to see hundreds of wilder beast cross over the river within an hour of our arrival. While people with less experienced tour guides wait for days across week long safaris to see anything. On our fourth day we drove to ngorongoro to see the Rhinos the last of the big five we needed to see. Many people again wait several days to see a glimpse of Rhinos and we managed to see 5 within the first 4hours of our trip. Where Gilbert got us in the perfect position to take the best photos once again. His experience truly made our trip amazing!!!! Not to mention the once in a life time experience of watching an elephant herd of scare of a massive male lion trying to hunt their baby. His patience with our limited knowledge of the safari was great and at night time he was very conversational and willing to share stories of his experiences of his 13years on the job. If you ever need a guide to the safari Gilbert is your man for the job
