Very accommodating and hands on
Right from the airport, he was there to help us load the suitcases onto the vehicles. He was very attentive to our needs like providing the water and checking that all our meals were good-tasting and familiar to our taste buds. He dutifully guided our group as to which places to visit to maximize our experience in Victoria Falls. We surely got very good value for our money!

Our safari experience was absolutely unforgettable, and so much of that was down to Musa. From the very beginning, Musa was warm, personable and incredibly reliable. He constantly checked in on us, made sure we were happy and comfortable, and genuinely made us feel like part of his family rather than just guests.
Musa went above and beyond throughout our trip, but what meant the most to us was how involved he was in helping my fiancé plan our proposal. He helped with every little detail and liaised with Pure Africa to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. It made such a special moment even more magical.

Some trips are holidays. Some become memories you carry for the rest of your life.
After seven years away from the country where my story began, I finally came home to Zimbabwe — but this time, I brought the woman I love with me. And somehow, in the place where my story began, I got to ask her to begin our forever with me. She said yes. 💍❤️
A huge part of making this trip so incredibly special was Musa from Proviem Safaris.
From the very beginning, Musa showed us that we weren’t just another booking or another pair of clients.
Even before we arrived in Zimbabwe, Musa was already checking in with us, making sure everything was okay and reminding us about important things we absolutely needed for the journey, including our passports and visas. Those little reminders showed us straight away that he genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
And that level of care never stopped.
Throughout our entire stay, Musa would check in every morning and every evening, not just to talk about the itinerary, but to ask if we were happy, safe, comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He genuinely wanted to know how we were doing.
And because of Musa’s organisation and attention to detail, we didn’t experience any problems with any of our wildlife excursions or activities. Everything was coordinated and executed smoothly, exactly as planned. We never had to worry about where we needed to be, what was happening next or whether everything had been arranged.
We could simply relax, enjoy Zimbabwe and make memories.
That might sound like a small thing, but when you’re travelling, especially when you’re doing multiple wildlife excursions and activities, having someone behind the scenes making sure everything runs properly makes a massive difference.
If something needed changing, he was there.
If we had a question, he was there.
If we simply needed reassurance, he was there.
He was 1000% reliable, honest, professional and incredibly attentive, and at no point did we feel like we were on our own.
But what makes Musa even more special to us is that he helped make my proposal happen.
I had a very specific vision for how I wanted to propose. I explained to Musa exactly what I wanted, including being on the Signature Deck during the sunset cruise, and he listened.
He didn’t just listen — he delivered.
Musa managed to secure us the best seats right at the front of the Signature Deck, the highest and more luxurious deck on the sunset cruise. It was the perfect setting, surrounded by the incredible African sunset, and exactly the kind of moment I had imagined when I thought about asking the woman I love to marry me.
Musa understood that this wasn’t just another excursion.
This was my proposal.
And he treated it that way.
Because of his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile, everything came together perfectly. The setting, the atmosphere, the views and the experience became part of one of the most important moments of our lives.
And when she said YES… 🥹💍❤️
That moment will stay with us forever.
What says even more about Musa is that his care didn’t end when our holiday did.
When we arrived back in the UK, Musa actually messaged us to check that we had arrived home safely.
That meant so much to us.
He had already looked after us before we arrived, checked on us every morning and evening while we were in Zimbabwe, helped make our engagement happen, ensured all our excursions ran smoothly, and then still thought to check that we had safely made it home.
That’s not something you forget.
There are plenty of people who can organise a holiday. But there is a huge difference between someone who simply arranges an itinerary and someone who genuinely cares about the people experiencing it.
Musa cared.
He made us feel safe.
He made us feel looked after.
He listened to what mattered to us.
He put our needs first.
He made sure everything ran smoothly.
And he went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable.
Musa wasn’t just our tour operator. He became part of our story.
Seven years after leaving Africa, I returned to the country where my story began. I brought the woman I love with me, showed her the place that has always been a part of me, and beneath those African skies, I asked her to begin our forever with me.

Musaka was very easy to deal and helpful, with and our driver, Cobra, was good
We had a great experience on this tour seeing all the animals that we had hoped to including a lioness carrying her cub. Chobe is an amazing place to go for a day. The lunch was impressive. Be prepared for the border crossing which was disorganised (obviously this isn't the tour operators fault). We had a person with a lower leg amputation and the tour people were very helpful. The only reason I haven't given an excellent rating is because the jeep we had was older and the truck part blocked some of our forward visibility. Highly recommend this company overall.

Superb communication and organization
We had an amazing Day Tour to Chobe. The tour operator stood out with superb communication and always responding very quickly. We were given clear and honest communication to customize our tour experiences. The operator helped facilitate 2 border crossings and a boma dinner experience. The land safari at Chobe was amazing, we saw plenty of elephants crossing the roads and vultures feeding on elephant carcass and giraffes. The boat safari we saw tens of elephants by the island. The boat it self was a bit small and no moving allowed but we still got plenty of viewing and photos as the captain steers the boat for everyone to see. All the guides were very friendly. Overall highly recommend using this tour operator
