Awesome family trip safari+lake house
Danson was a great guide! We were a group of 5. My dad was quite impressed the moment he was picked up from the airport by this beautiful safari car! It was very comfortable ride and we shortly arrived at the lake house we rented by lake Naivasha. Danson was really communicative and arranged us great accommodations in Masaai Mara. I had been to the park for a few times and I have to admit that riding a great vehicle really made a significant difference. Danson was trying his best to make the trip to its fullest. We were able to see everything besides the rhino. We enjoyed being the first ones who spotted the cheetah and lions and we were able to use radio and share the news to others. I would like to passionately recommend this service to everyone who's visiting Kenya.

Excellent customer experience with a reliable tourguide
During my visit in Nairobi I visited the Nairobi National Park and Karen Blixen museum with Africompas tour and travel. The tourguide was extremely friendly and knew the wildlife. He also made extra effort to make sure I would see as many animals as possible. The service was prompt and the car was the kind of car you would expect for the ride. I can warmly reccomend this agency.

An excellently professional service with skilled and safe drivers and modern vehicles.
The team at Africompass tours and travels provide an extremely professional service from start to finish. They are communicative and responsive, whilst being able to deliver services at short notice without compromising in quality. The vehicles and drivers provided are of industry leading standards, yet they offer reasonable pricing. Vehicles are well equipped and able to handle any terrain, and come with relevant safety measures and provisions (first aid kits and fire extinguishers). The drivers I have used are punctual and well presented, and drive safely on all terrain. I would recommend their services for transportation within cities as well as on Safari adventures.

Trustworthy, reliable and very pleasant.
I've used the services of Africompass for quite a few years. The staff and management were able to bring the right solutions to me and my family. Whether it was arranging transport and safari arrangements in Maasi Mara, or assisting with needs in Nairobi. In the over 15 trips with them, we have ALWAYS had friendly and safe people take care of us.
For us, safety is quite important, and Africompass staff drive nicely and give relevant advice about any safety concerns we may be concerned about (which is usually quite minor, but puts the remaining parts of our minds at ease.)
I strongly recommend if you have safari, excursion or transport needs, consult with them early in your planning. They have the local knowledge and long time experience to ensure you are cared for.

Has recalibrated a different from generic approach undertaken.
Clear, concise communication at all stages from inception to conclusion ensured no hidden surprises. The itinerary, agreed in advance worked like clockwork, everybody / thing being reliable.
Africompass having recalibrated the existing model and engaging with a wider market, regionally and globally, provides a unique experience that differs from traditional approach in tailoring the booking and safaris onto a more personalised level.
Staff at all levels provide expertise in their own fields which provides for a good, more personalised service, more so given "customer service" globally doesn't exist in real terms. The overall approach provided value for money for the experience.
Africompass, in adopting and delivering a personalised approach have created their own niche which other operators will eventually copy
