We had a very good time in particular with Daniel our guide who gave us some food advice on parks to visit in order to optimise the costs of admissions.
The staff Washington very kind and attentive in providing the lodges wireless my food intollerances so as to be sure what I ate.

A memorable family experience
5/5

Sound of Tanzania made our family trip a blast. We were two adults and two small kids (3 and 1.5 years old), which IS not the best setup for a safari because you are going to spend around 5 to 8 hours in the car. However they organized everything to acomodate our needs. For example

- The guide was in constant communication with other guides so we were always seen the most relevant animals
- The guide was also an expert and took us to remote places in Serengeti where we had lions and cheetas all for ourselves
- We learned a lot from the guide. He explained things about animals, the park and traditions while we where moving between different regions of the park

Thanks to them our kids enjoyed the safari and the time in the car passed really fast

We will definetely repeat in the future

They take care of you not just like a customer, but truly like a friend!
5/5

A spectacular trip with the whole family, which will remain in our hearts.
I'll start by saying that many don't understand that a trip like this is not like the classic holiday where you choose a structure and then more or less independently make your own experiences; here, from the moment you get off the plane to the moment you leave, you completely rely on your guide for transfers, for finding the animals, for explain the history of the country and the territory, for illustrate the environment and habits of the different animal species... ... in short, for everything!
In fact, the success of your entire holiday depends entirely on who takes you around, there is no middle ground.
We were driven by Emanuel, Daniel's brother who accompanied us for the entire journey, driving a car six meters long and weighing three tons for hours on uneven surfaces, which is not at all easy, he took us to the places right where we can see the animals by spotting them from afar and then compete with the cars of other tourists to get as close as possible and provide us with a better view, he told us about the life of the savannah and the different animal species, illustrating the characteristics and habits of each one, with patience and passion.
We saw all the animals of the savannah, all the Big Five, even if the rhino was a bit far away.
The facilities in which we stayed were all clean and comfortable, and the food was always very good, even at lunch we never ate from the takeaway boxes but always hot dishes served at the table even with coffee at the end, and we never had to touch the luggage.
Emanuel and Daniel have always been very attentive to our needs, even when we had a problem of our own in Italy completely independent of the trip, they tried and took action to help us and assist us even in that case, and this is very important because it goes beyond the care for compliance with the established program.
In short, we felt assisted and protected: a complete and satisfying journey, also beautiful in terms of human relationships.

This is the Best Safari Tour in Tanzania
5/5

I first used Sound of Tanzania Explores in Oct '20. It was by far the best trip of my life so I went back in Jan & Oct '21. Daniel gives your plans his full attention & helps you plan the best use of your time at a very affordable price. These are the guides that the other guides contact for where the animals are! They take care of everything so all you have to do is be there and enjoy. They were very respectful of my special needs and desires. I saw the Big Five & all kinds of animals in their natural state. I took 10,000 photos! I also experienced the many cultures of the area in such exciting ways. When people see my photos and hear my stories they think I'm some big professional photographer (I'm not!). Sound of Tanzania Explores treats you like you are one though. I Very Highly Recommend. Don't put off your dream safari any longer.
