Booking and Cancelations
-All bookings are deemed to be provisional unless a confirmation voucher has been issued and payment has been received
-Any cancellations within 46 and 60 days will attract 20% cancellation fees
-Any cancellation within 31 and 41 days will attract 50% cancellation fees
-Any cancellation within 30 days will attract 100% cancellation fees
Payment Policy
-Payment must be received in full prior to the date of arrival date unless a credit facility has been granted
-All bank charges are for the client
-A surcharge of 3.5% will be levied on credit card payment
