Very reliable company, perfectly organised safari, friendly and helpful service.
From the very beginning, communication with Kenan Travel & Tours was easy and efficient. Jane was very helpful with organising our safari and we appreciated her support when connecting to a domestic flight at Nairobi Wilson. The safari itself to Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara was an unforgettable experience for our familiy. Everything when according to our wishes and our driver/guide was very nice and knowledgeable. We can certainly recommend Kenan Travel & Tours.

Fantastic safari!
Geoffrey replied promptly to all e-mails and confirmed our bank transfer as requested. He kindly arranged train tickets with the Madaraka Express free of charge. We had a four day private safari for a family of five to Lake Bogoria and Maasai Mara, including a much appreciated landcruiser. All expenses considered, I believe it was we were offered a value for money safari. According to our guide, "Naf", Lake Nakuru would have been a much better and closer option for flamingo-watching than Lake Bogoria. Naf made up for this by arranging a boat trip on beautiful Lake Naivasha. He even organised a surprise welcome dance/song from the Maasai and cake at Azure Mara Haven to celebrate our son´´s 13th birthday! Thanks to good radio communication with the other guides, we were lucky to experience a great number of animals. :-) Thanks for a great safari!

Delivered a high standard of service as promised.
From day one the communications we had with Geophrey were prompt, he clarified everything and tried to accommodate all our needs. Safari tours were very good and our drivers both in Kenya and Tanzania tried their best to maximise the game viewing. We enjoyed the stay at all of our accommodations. However, it was unfortunate to see our group was split between 2 different Kati Kati camps in Tanzania which shouldn’t have happened!

A fantastic safari

Our safaris were superb and exactly as described by Jane.
My wife, sister, niece and I have a stupendous time on our safari arranged by Jane from Kenan Travel. We saw all of the big five and many many many more. Naftia, our driver was amazing. He added much useful and interesting information as we went along. We talked politics and what’s going on in the country as well as all the natural sights. We got stuck in the mud once and even had to pay a small ransom to the Maasai to pass through, but we never once were worried and in his capable hands. My only other comment would be that if you have lower back problems this type of Safari may not be right for you as it puts a lot of stress on your back due to the bumpiness of the roads over extended periods of time. Other than that it was indeed the trip of a lifetime thank you so much Karen and Naftia!!

Amazing time in Masai Mara
I was a bit late to prepare a safari. I contacted Jane from Kenan Travel Tour and she was really reactive and helping. Everything was smooth in the organization. I had a wonderful time with the group I was in and we saw a lot of animals! Incredible!

A fantastic experience
We really enjoyed the safari and had a fantastic journey. It was just perfect. The organisation, the guide and the camps were great. We had the time of our life. We can recommend Kenan Travel as a fantastic and helpfull tour operator. All our wishes were fullfilled. For us it was a dream come true.

Offer a very personal service.
Pre-arrival communications were good and patience shown regarding technical payment problems. The Maasai Mara safari was good and the Sopa Lodge met expectations. Geoffrey picked me up from my accommodation himself and ensured that I met up with the safari vehicle without problem. He also met me at the end of the tour and helped me organise my activities for the next day.

Great tour organizer - Jane
We took a 5 day private safari with Kenan and it was a great experience overall. Jane took the time to customize the itinerary based on our needs and all requests were accommodated. We specifically asked if accommodation can be confirmed with the exact camps listed (because we didn't want to be given alternate camps) and Jane took care of it even before confirming. The safari itself was outsourced to a good guide in Tanzania as we just toured Tanzania and Emmanuel who took care of us during Safari was great. Jane and we would have exchanged about 50 emails and she was patient with all the emails making us feel well cared. This made our decision to go with Kenan although we had quotes for more than 20 companies. We would say that its bit on the higher side in terms of cost but I think you get what you pay for. Safari was private with good hands and all the accommodation was top notch. Almost we felt home all 5 days. Almost all requests were honored during Safari which in turn speaks for the experience Jane has. Most of all Jane welcomes us at Arusha airport and ensured everything has been taken care. She welcomed us with honeymoon gifts and we felt very good about it :). Thanks Jane for putting together an amazing safari experience for us. The only thing we wished was to have informed that Serengeti is far more better than Tanrangire so that we would have stayed in Serengeti more than exploring all but again that we don't think is anyone's fault. Looking forward to taking another Safari with Kenan in the future :).
