Amazing Experience
Went on a 13 day safari and fell in love with Kenya. Amazingly courteous and attentive staff, very clean and comfortable vehicles and excellent service. I definitely recommend using their service for a tour around Kenya.

Disappointing safari experience with Southern Sky Safaris and Eden Viaggi
I strongly advise against booking a safari with Southern Sky Safaris or through Eden Viaggi. The organization was poor, the guides were unprofessional, and there was a complete lack of customer care.
My experience with the Eden Viaggi Hakuna Matata package (Tsavo East + Tsavo West) was disappointing and marked by disorganization.
Day 1: Endless waiting times, a makeshift lunch at a random spot instead of the planned lodge, resulting in lost hours and a late arrival at the park.
Day 2: The itinerary was not respected, technical issues with the vehicle caused serious delays, and we missed scheduled activities with the Masai. The guide was unprofessional, even falling asleep multiple times during the safari.
Day 3: The program was confusing and reduced, with forced choices between activities that should have been included.
Despite reporting these issues to the staff, there was no acknowledgment through refunds or compensation.
Do not rely on Southern Sky Safaris or Eden Viaggi for organizing safaris in Tsavo.
