Very good service and brilliant communication from start to finish!
Brilliant service throughout our stay, the camp site was beautiful and the safari was a wonderful experience, Joseph was well informed and was able to take us on safari to see all the big 5 and more, i would highly recommend dancom tours to anyone about to embark on a safari, i would definitely book them again, many thanks to all for this wonderful experience, myself and my daughter have made everlasting memories and our friends are very envious of our photos!

Josphat took the time to email and arrange everything to our liking. He was responsive and accommodating.
Our driver and guide, Joffrey, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the safari (he told us he had over 30 years experience in the safari business). He got us right up close to various groups of animals. We even saw cheetah and lions eating their kill (might be graphic for some). Joffrey arranged for us to go to a Masai village, which was another good experience.
One thing I would change would be staying at the Mara Sidai Camp. Although the staff were all very kind and accommodating, it was a little too "rustic" for our liking. The tent zippers were not all working... the electricity did not run long enough for us all to get ready with light in the mornings... etc. However, it was clean and again, the staff was great.

Very prompt and helpful at every step
My primary goal of using a safari agency is not so much the vehicle or the guide (these have always been excellent no matter the provider, in my experience) as much as finding a good and reliable deal for a high-end lodge, and Dancom truly delivered in that regard.
They respond quickly and with an abundance of helpful details, their reservation system is simple and easy to work with, and in general they provide you with that valuable feeling of security and knowing that you're doing business with professionals. What i expected happenned,touring with comfort of pocket and destinations.
(I think I want to live in the bush i heard a friend say) We left late on Friday afternoon After climbing the edge of the Rift Valley (what a view!), bouncing over potholes, listening to whistling thorn bushes, eating peanuts and chapati, and waving at all the people along the way, we made it to camp around 11pm. On the next day we went into the Serengeti and saw all kinds of game - everyone keeps asking me about the animals, and yah, they were cool, but honestly I was more interested in the people!! As well, the landscape is simply incredible... but, admittedly, it was pretty damn cool to see lions trailing the world greatest migration. Also saw a bunch of vultures ripping a freshly killed gazelle to bits!So, I must send a big thanks to dancomtours Director for the best he gave to accompany us.
