Very responsive agency that proposes tailor made services
4/5

The safari tour was above expectations. The services provided by the agency are tailor-made, and the whole staff is caring.
A wide variety of hotels and lodges were proposed, the van driver amiable and helpful
I definitely recommend Wild Safaris!

I had a wonderful time with my safari experience thanks to Tom. He has also helped me arrange my bus ticket to Arusha as well as hotel with better rates than on the Internet. Very satisfied with the service and can warmly recommend this trustworthy travel agency to anyone interested to fo any excursions in Kenya!

Everything has been easy with Tom Ocharo, the manager. Any question are answered quickly by mail.
We have choosen our own itinerary without problems.
Joram / Jordi, our spanish spoken guide is very professional, kind and funny.
Definitely I would repeat with them.

Be aware of this tour company

I had a very stressful and disappointed experience with this this tour and Tom Ocharo as organizer of this mess.
Tour was for 10 nights and after 3 nights many things went wrong. My itirinary was changed doni had to spend senseless long hours on a bus going back and forth.
Tom itself spoke very bad English and communication with him was exhausting.
He was very responsive when he wanted my money but then when trouble arises he went silent.
Tom mixed up a lot of things and made my vacation very stressful.
Tour itself is not worth the money. Accommodation in fact are very cheap if you book them directly. Food was very bad.
First night after transatlantic flight I was put in a really horrible hotel and spent sleepless night listening to all night music from next door night club.
I specifically asked how many people will be in a safari car and was told by Tom no more than 7.
In fact there was 9 of us which made the whole trip very uncomfortable.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Lots of things went wrong and there were lots of misrepresentations of what company is offering. Not worth even remotely the money spent

Good value for money - great experience
4/5

We (family of 5) did a seven-day tented safari tour with Wild Safaris & Travel in an open-roof 9 seater bus that we shared with another couple. The bus was rather old but convenient, we could see the wildlife very well. The driver/guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He did not speak a lot spontaneously, but he was always willing to answer questions and was open for suggestions. We must note that on one day, we did not feel safe in the bus (irresponsible overtaking on the road from Nairobi to Mombasa). After we asked to slow down, it did not happen that explicitely anymore.
All parks were amazing - packed with wildlife, we saw the big five and many more. The food was OK but a bit monotonuous, the camps were basic, but friendly. I can definitely reccommend this tour.

Great service, nice people and the Big 5 in 4 days.
4/5

The communication when ordering and before the trip was exellence. Thet/Tom did a fantastisk job, retning to make our dreams come true.

We Saw All the animals We Could have dreamed of. Only thing We Could have wished for, was a more directly drive from one park to another. The Office Could arrange a better Way regarding Pick ups and drop offs.

We Got What We paid for accomondation wise, animal wise We godt more Than expected.

Awesome! I really enjoyed Masaimara safari tour!
5/5

When I contacted Wild Safaris and travel by e-mail, Tom replyed quickly and kindly.
The first impression was so good and Tom handled my request very well.
He is very kind and very good person.
That's why I chose the Masaimara and Nakuru tour for 3nights & 4days in this travel agency even the price is higher than other.
I saw lot's of animals and Big Five!
The driver (his name is animal :-)) is also very good and I really enjoyed safari tour.
The tended camp was not very good but it is reasonable for this tour.
It is very good experience and I'll never forget.
Service, comminications, Safari tour, food, etc...
Everything was great!
I'm really thanks to Tom and I strongly recommend this travel agency.

Great fun! Amazing experience!
5/5

Everything went really smoothly. From dealing with Tom Ocharo in Nairobi, to the driver, the van and the camp. I did a Masai Mara + Nakuru 4 day in total safari, so I had to change van and driver, as the first group I was with were returning to Nairobi after visiting Masai Mara. The drivers coordinated really well though, so things were smooth. In terms of the Safari itself, I got to seeing many wild animals, and all but the elephant out of the big 5. That just boils down to a question of luck I guess, because our driver was really good and really did his best to get us to see as much as possible. Overall, for a budget Safari starting from Narirobi, I strongly recommend this one.
