Top Cream helped to organise a wonderful trip to see Gorillas in Uganda
Top Cream were very professional and hardworking. They helped us to organise a lovely trip to Uganda to see the Gorillas. We stayed at Maranda lodge which had the added benefit of being next to the lake and having lake activities. Other lodges are nearer to the gorillas but would have potentially more limited other activities. We also did a community walk which was a good way to see the local community.
Top Cream were able to secure gorilla permits and hotel even though we booked very late and in peak season. As compared to other travel agencies, they were better value for money as we had flights included whereas other tour companies were offering less for the same money (ie with a 7-8 hour road trip rather than flights). The flight is an experience in itself and worth trying because you are flying low and see amazing scenery. When I accidentally paid twice - Top Cream promptly arranged to refund the money. All the partners who did pick ups were really pleasant to deal with and showed up on time.
I would definitely use them again for a trip in Africa - and not just for Kenyan tours.

Excellent Planning and nice choice of accommodation
We found this tour operator excellent in communications and choice of services and accommodation.
Prices seemed to be reasonable and they were reliable and staff was very nice.
We will be happy to use this tour operator again in the future.

Our experience with top cream safari was excellent. Erastus was incredibly kind and helpful and organised all our 8 days Safari in a superp way. Of course it was a bit expensive for us but all lived the expectations. Our lodges and camp were incredibly beautiful and our driver Jhon was kind and skilled. Really recommend them !

A serious tour operator!
As this was our first safari tour we had a lot of questions and Top Cream Tours was very helpful and sorted out all our question marks! Thanks to our guide John, we got our dream trip! In addition to his super vision, he also know a lot about the animals and the nature, which made the game drive interesting and fun!

Great safari and with great guides
We went for a 3 night safari (1 night in Lake Nakuru and 2 nights in Maasai Mara). Topcream picked us up from the hotel and had a short briefing, to go through the whole trip, before leaving. We are very happy with the treatment from topcream and the safari.
Pros:
The people at Topcream are very friendly, helpful and was answering all the question that the safari newbies (like us) are asking. Our guide, John, was an excellent guide and driver. We felt very comfortable in his present. He had a deep knowledge about the areas and the animals that we where visiting. And was a very nice person (which is very important since you're are hanging with the guide a lot during the safari).
Cons:
The boat trip, in Lake Naivasha, that was offering (not included in the safari) was not a big hit.

The best safari experience and operator in Kenya. :)
Top cream lived up to our expectations and the actual services were very much in line with what was committed. They were very prompt in responding to our queries pre-booking and ensured that we were given all required information for us to make an informed choice. Once in Kenya, Mr. Erastus (Manager) greeted us at the aiport just before our safari and briefed us about the safari in Kenya.
The Safari in itself was well planned by Mr. Erastus (Manager) and John which was our guide/driver for the entire trip.
John was well informed, communicated really well, was funny and entertaining at the very beginning.
We felt safe with John right from the moment we left Nairobi and went on safari.
Overall, highly recommend these guys!

Was an amazing trip, the driver roony was excellent and erastus who organized our trip was helpful
I went to 9 days private safari with them in kenya, it was my first time to go safari, so i had alot of concerns before i made the deal with top cream, but just as i arrived there everything was pretty good, the tour was well organised, good vehicles condition, and erastus was very helpful and roony the driver good ask for him when you go with top cream

Trustworthy and reliable safari operator
We chose Top Cream Tours and Safaris because we had best communication with them at the stage of planning and cost estimation. They provided us with all information by email almost
immediately. We could choose the National Parks we wanted to visit and the standard of accomodation.
The rest was very simple – everything was just as we set in plan.
Friendly and fluently English speaking driver – Mr David – was patiently waiting for us at the airport. All hotels and nature attraction were exactly according to our plan.
We saw amazing landscapes and animals of Amboseli, Nakuru, Elementaita and Masai Mara. We had great fun at Nyeri River rafting. Mr David drove almost 2000 km always having for us good mood and patiens for our questions. Only rhinoceros kept long distance from us so we couldn’t look into their eyes – naughty rhinos!
On the way to following Parks, cars always stops at souvenirs shops witch are actually 3-5 times more expensive than regular shops in Nairobi or Mombasa, however you are not obligated to buy absolutely anything and there are clean free toilets. So let them stop there!
We spent one week on the safari and all got healthy and happy back home.
We are very contented with service of Top Cream Tours and Safaris and we highly reccomend it.
