Unforgettable experience
5/5

We've been in group of 4 on safari with Trip Advisor Safaris. It was 3-day safari at Serengeti and Ngorongoro. It was unforgettable adventure. We saw Big Five, and a lot other animals. Our driver was kind and also great guide - he knew where to go to see rare animals, and he was a great spotter as well. The same our chef - all the meals were tasty and big. Except that, excellent contact with the main office in Kenya. They called and texted during safari to know if everything is ok.
I recommend Trip Advisor Africa Safaris and wish them all the best.

The owner communicate well with us before we go. Prepare all fit our needs. We join a 8days safari Kenya & Tanzania, plus a day visit to Giraffe Sanctuary & slum. Every thing was good. We also got the magic moments in Masa Mara and Serengeti. Thanks Vincent, Joel & God love.

Amazing Experience

The safari was well planned. We confirmed the safari just a day before our travel date and still they considered our booking. All arrangements were great. Enjoyed a lot.

It was awesome experience for me. Driver took me around park and well known about animals. His talk about his grand farther is so interesting.
Shef is excellent too. His cuisine is little bit customized for travellor so we can enjoy with no problem.

Hope to participate again with them!

My worst experience, ever
1/5

I have travelled all over the world, and this was not my first safari, indeed. But I never found an operator that avoids its responsabilities in such a way like this one. There were services not provided to us, and when we asked the operator for a solution, he just said "no problem", and nothing else. They will tell you "no problem" to everything you ask, but actually they will do nothing, they will not accept any responsability, they will not compensate you for any service not provided. Maybe others have had a better experience than us, but I would never recommend this operator.

Dear Bob,
Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us.
We are really sorry for all that happened while on your trip,we confirmed your trip expecting to deliver our quality and best hospitality services, however your delayed payment to confirm your safari and others who were interested confirmed earlier, hence meeting the required maximum number of pax to depart. We were not in a position to add more people in the bus, since the Van was at required capacity, due to circumstance,we came up with un alternative of securing for you private tour for the same program, however to involved we had to request you to add more money to facilitate your trip.We did not know this was going to happened, but to get other people doing the same program was a night mire, please it was a quick decision which we thought to be the best solution. We Kindly apologies for all that inconvenience and such decision will not be repeated.
Kind regards Seth Vincent.
