Saso Uganda safaris is the very best option for travelling in Uganda
After two years of persuasion and then planning for an eight-day safari in October, 3 curious American friends were greatly enriched by their time with Saso team in Uganda. Lavish lodges cannot match the magical experience offered by Saso Safaris. The breadth of knowledge and passion about every aspect of the bush challenged the intellect of the group, particularly the keen birders; we also had unique opportunities to enjoy the animals and nature in relative solitude; and we were entertained over many wonderful meals.
This is the very best way to see Uganda with highlight sightings being the Gorillas, Chimpanzee and Lions.

Solid Game drives
The pick-up for the Game Drive in Murchison Falls National Park was on time, and for the next over three hours we drove every nook and cranny in the park in our jeep in search of animals, and found quite many.
You don’t get large numbers of animals, but you get up close to elephants, Hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, Lions!

Wonderful trip with Kassim
We had a fantastic day with guide Kassim. We had enough opportunities to enjoy the beautiful nature of Lake Mburo National Park. When there was something interesting to see, Kassim took the time for us and answered all the questions, he was a great guide. Well done!

Trip was incredible with Michael
Trip was incredible. Michael was a great guide. Fun to be around and very knowledgeable about the wildlife and nature in Murchison falls national park, but also shared with us a lot of insight into Ugandaa culture. Could not have asked for a better guide, or better trip. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to go on safari in Uganda.

Fantastic Tour with Saso
My daughter and I took a 5 day safari with Saso Uganda Safaris and had a fantastic time. Our Guide Kassim was extremely knowledgeable about absolutely everything and could spot animals from far away, and was able to get us as close as possible to any of them. We saw everything!
He was an easy companion and fun to be with. We put ourselves in his hands and he did not disappoint with the itinerary, lodging and overall experience. We didn't have to worry about a thing.

It was the best safaris spotting the gorillas
We went on a 4 day Gorilla and chimp Safari adventure with Saso Uganda Safaris and had an unforgettable time. Our driver, Kasim, was great to have around, knowledgeable and had an unbelievable eye for spotting wildlife. If you go to Uganda or Rwanda, you have to book a trip with Saso Uganda Safaris

Excellent Trip-10/10
Me and my husband plus two of our longtime friends spent 14 days travelling around in Uganda with our fantastic guide Michael was very good on the rough roads with potholes and bumps).
He took really good care of us and he taught us a lot about the Ugandan culture, politics and lifestyle. Everything went smooth without any problems. We saw all the animals we expected to see and maybe a few more. We can surely recommend SASO UGANDA SAFARIS for your Trip in Uganda.

An unforgettable experience
This was our 4th visit to the African continent and it was the best by far. Our driver/guide was fantastic. His bird spotting ability was second to none. All the lodges that we stayed at were of the highest standard and all the meals were excellent.

Trip of a life Time
This tour more than lived up to my expectations. Our guide, Kasimu, was knowledgeable on all topics. He communicated the itinerary to us both the day before and the morning when we depart for each activity.
The tour itself was nicely paced with some very active days and some where we were able to relax and just enjoy the beautiful scenery. He provided bottled water and fresh fruit and inquiring as to how we were feeling.
All the guides and rangers we encountered were also kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. The gorilla and chimpanzee trekking days were fun and exciting. There was a respect for those primates from those who live and work there.
I liked that we were given the opportunity to experience the culture by visiting the villages. The variety of activities was excellent. I would certainly travel with you again.
