I am a travel agent in Atlanta. This was my second experience in dealing with this company. Back again after a seemless first experience. This time 21 passengers (executives) with many moving parts to say the least. Andy managed to stay one step ahead at all times. Incredible communication and response time. Using What’s app we were able to connect as our groups needs morphed every step of the way in real time. Rarely have I dealt with such a level of expertise and care. Amazing support from ATC
Got in touch with ATC online for our trip to South Africa. Andy (Our consultant) was super helpful.He understood our requirements and worked out the best possible options for us. He was patient to answer all our queries and was very honest with his opinions. The safari was amazing and the lodge was super comfortable as well. The best experience of my life
Andy Saidy is very thoughtful, helped me and solved all my doubts. He "accompanied" me to the airport exit for the safari. The entire staff was wonderful to me throughout the trip. Everyone has full knowledge, they are very attentive and helpful. Surpass my expectations, at all. From accommodation, food and game drives. I simply, loved it all! Everything perfect! Andy was great!
Arranging a safari from the States isn't easy. I was referred to Andy from a colleague of his in Johannesburg, and the referral didn't disappoint. Andy revised itineraries on a whim, and customized the safari exactly the way we wanted our experience to be. Even when I became hesitant, I hopped on a call with him and was instantly re-assured. I also want to give a shout out to the operators he works with - Soul of Tanzania.
