It’s the people that make the stay!
We had three nights at African Bush Lovers in May of 2026 staying in our roof top tent. We received the most beautiful welcome with staff singing their own African Bush Lovers welcome song. There was an option of various tent types from the budget to the luxury although we chose to stick with the roof top tent.
The staff were extremely helpful and we loved sitting around the fire at night talking with Sam exchanging stories of Botswana life versus Australian life. Sam made our stay so enjoyable and memorable.
We did a day trip to Vic Falls with Bonnie who was absolutely lovely and the trip was great with smooth border crossings.
Thank you to all the staff. It is a lovely green and secure area to stay. A beautiful pool also. We ate from the restaurant and the food was delicious.

Unforgettable Experience, Amazing people
An Unforgettable Night Under the Stars at Chobe!
Our safari in Chobe National Park was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, made even more special by the incredible overnight stay in the tented camp.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was perfect. A huge shoutout to Letso and all the other guys on the team! They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always available to help with a smile. They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home in the middle of the wild.
The energy was amazing—they transmitted such positive vibrations throughout the entire trip. Sleeping in the heart of the park, listening to the sounds of nature, and being looked after by such a professional and warm crew was simply magical.
I highly recommend this experience to everyone! If you want an authentic adventure with a team that feels like family, this is it.
Highlight of the trip: The genuine hospitality and the incredible sunset views.

Highly enjoyable tours led by true professionals
They took us as close to Nature as possible (Safety first) and we could see lots of species of animals. Not only the big Fives but all sorts of birds (eagles, vultures, marabouts, butterflies and chameleon.)
We also had a chance to meet traditional culture, when singing and dancing with people from a village or the camp site. Very warm and moving expériences.

Professionally organised and informative game tour.
We did a half day game drive yesterday afternoon and were inspired to see a number of the big 5 animals. The information from the tour guide was very good and it was professionally organised. Thanks for a truly great experience.

Amazing safari experience!
Our family spent in August 2025 5 days on safari in CHOBE River Front, Savuti and Moremi and 2 days more in Maun, with the great support of African Bush Lovers: extraordinary experience, above all expectations! First of all Botswana is amazing: enchanting wild nature, a lot of animals, true african experience in the bush! We thank in particular African Bush Lovers team: TT, Ben, Reginah and Kitso. They are the best safari fellows we could ever wish. TT is an amazing guide and driver, thanks to him we could see all the animals in savana, very close and in amazing situation (ex. lions eating a buffalo with cubs, cheetah hunting, hidden leopards and much more!). Big Ben is so strong he could set up the mobile camp in the bush in few hours and gave us the unique chance to have a bush shower in the wilderness! Reginah is the best chef ever: she is able to cook exquisite recipes on the fire in the middle of nowhere! Kitso has been a lovely safari mate!
In addition when we stayed in Maun we had the opportunity to meet Miss P, who is the core of the back office! With her and TT we enjoyed a nice visit at the local Okavango brewery (super interesting project in favour of elephants) which included beer tasting, very good!
This trip has been one of the best experience in our life and we sincerely have to thank Safari Bush Lovers: we recommend them to anybody who wants to have a safari in African wilderness in a safe way and catching all the beauty of nature and animals! Thanks to African Bush Lovers!

They turned our dream of an African safari into an unforgettable reality with expertise and warmth!
This safari was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget. It was our first time in a mobile camp and it turned out to be the most wonderful adventure we could imagine – sleeping under a starry sky, always feeling completely safe thanks to Joel and the sense of protection he gave us, enjoying Lame’s perfect organization and great humor, being spoiled by Regina’s unforgettable cooking, and relying on Big Ben, who takes care of everything with kindness (we miss his wake-up calls!). And to end each day, the laughter and stories around the fire made it all simply magical. We travel a lot, but this journey was something absolutely unique and unforgettable!!!!

Flexible, helpful and attentive.
We used African bush lovers and would fully recommend them .We were on a self drive safari and they provided an excellent guide for two days in Khwai. IT ,our guide was knowledgeable, attentive and flexible . So responsive to all our questions, a really helpful guy .Stanza was so helpful with the planning , answering all our questions so promptly, even at the weekend Thank so much for all your help making our holiday very special, even helping us with the route to send us on our way for the next stage of our journey.

Excellence and hospitality, a home away from home.
We were a group of 31 people, and African Bush Lovers in Kasane accommodated all of us. Communication from the very beginning was excellent, Stanza was very helpful and informative. They arranged a bridge tour for us, and adapted to our schedule. Everything was done with excellence. They drove us to our own excursions and made us feel so welcomed and at home. A stunning campsite, great food, friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended. Thank you to everyone involved!
