Best safari experience with the experts!
Fina from Across the Wild was very responsive and willing to customize all the program to make us happy. We contacted 5-6 agencies and chose Across the Wild because they were the most responsive to all our inquiries and tried to contact us via emails, WhatsApp, and calls to ensure we satisfy with the program. After hundreds of correspondence, we were very happy with the 12-days Kenya & Tanzania + Zanzibar experience we had. All the accommodation were luxury type as agreed in the program. The food was exceptional. Our driver/guide in Kenya was Patrick and the one in Tanzania was Lawrence. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend both of them. The safari experience with them were unforgettable. They drove us to all Big Five and many others! and made sure we could get nice photo shots. We learnt a lot about the animal life, Masai culture, Kenya & Tanzania life. Highly recommend Across the Wild Tours to anyone who want to have an experience of a life time.

Perfect for our first time!
We had a excellent experience. Miss Fina , the organizer was response us quick and helps us in very little things. Our driver Joseph,was kind, knowledgable and very friendly. The safari experience with him was unforgettable. He drove us to all Big Five and many others!

Great tour company to take care of your once-in-a-lifetime safari!
We booked a bespoke 5 day safari to the Masaai Mara with Across the Wild Tours. We had very specific ideas about where we wanted to stay, our game drives, even the vehicle. Fina at Across the Wild was fabulous. She checked it all out for us and, eventually, gave us exactly the package we wanted. She replied to emails, was always reachable on the phone, so everything was very transparent and reliable. I do not take such a great service for granted, especially if I order a costly bespoke holiday package from my desk at home.
On the day of our departure, Fina and Joseph, the driver/guide, picked us up at our hotel, perfectly on time. Joseph was fabulous, too. Over the next 4 days, he went the extra mile to show us all the animals we wanted to see, including a pride of lions hunting buffalo, a cheeta, a leopard with cubs etc etc. The Masaai Mara is such an incredibly rich place. Joseph is not just a very good driver but also an amazingly knowledgeable expert on flora & fauna. There was not he single animal or plant he did not know, he even impressed us with accounts of life inside a termite hill. Apart from all that, he is a great guy and fun to have around.
All in all, there was not a single thing we were not happy about. We are very grateful for the magnificent experience we had. Thank you so much guys. We will definitely book with Across the Wild again, to one of the many destinations you cover in the region.

Excellent family/ photo adventure
Very nice camps from budged up to excellent, as agreed in the contract. Competent and non-pushy guide Duncun (thank you :-) ) worth to travel with. Animals guaranteed in umlimited q'ty. Very good and safe transfer from/ to the airport.
11 years old girl & her family will remember that awesome trip for a long time.

Excellent service and strongly recommendable
We chose Fina because she is the most responsive agent and also provided the most reasonable quotation. After lots of changes from us and plenty of communications, we arrived in Kenya finally. Fina didn't disappoint us! The accommodation is wonderful, the gaming is amazing, and most importantly, the driver, Mr. Ederson is so experienced! Our trip will be much less interesting without Mr. Ederson, with his guide, we have seen so many unforgettable events. We will strongly recommend Across the Wild to our friends those are going to visit Kenya. At last, I only want to remind that please avoid booking AA Lodge in Maasai the next time, which is horribly managed, whose manager and staff kept lying and cheating.

Well organized and executed
Fina from Across the Wild was very friendly and responsive. She helped with our special requests and she had to quote multiple times based on the frequent changes we requested. Our Tour Guide Mr. Patrick was very knowledgeable about the wilderness and he took us to various nook and corners of Masai Mara so that we we witnessed some of the amazing wild events. It would not have been a fun trip without him. We visited Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Amboseli. It was a life time experience to see all the wild animals in their natural habitat. Overall we were happy with the service provided by Across the Wild Tour operators. A truly memorable experience !!!

This is no ordinary tour company. I had a truly wonderful experience. The communication skills are great. I was a happy tour goer since our meet up location had been communicated in advance and was on time.

Excellent full day excursion
Thank you Across the Wild Tours and Safaris for making my Kenya/Tanzania trip wonderful and memorable encounter. I had booked this tour after in depth back and forth inquiries and settled on with Across the Wild Tours and Safaris,. it was a perfect idea I must say having had a full day of fun to Elephants center, giraffe center and Bomas of Kenya for cultural showdown and also mountain trekking in which was splendid in Tanzania Our driver was friendly and we felt well treated. We shall recommend Across the Wild Tours and Safaris to our other friends coming to Kenya/Tanzania

A DREAM ADVENTURE IN KENYA
My boyfriend and I took a 7 day safari to Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru and finally Masaai mara, Fina a great lady I must admit who I use to get in touch with her as we were preparing our safari, Tour operator manager at Across the wild Tours and Safaris together with Peter the driverguide picked us up in Nairobi at JKIA. Fina was really happy to see us and gave us some safari hats which cane in really handy during our safari and a mobile phone that we could contact them in case of anything in the course of our safari, that was a really job well done by the tour operator and I say thank you for always bringing your customers needs to you r attention we left JKIA and we commenced on our adventure. We had a terrific time, Peter's knowledge of all the animals, his patience in answering all our questions and his quest to find us all the big five went above and beyond. The hotel we stayed in (Sopa lodges in Nakuru and Naivasha then Serena Lodge in Masai Mara) exceeded our expectations. Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Thank you Peter for a fun, informative trip and thank you Fina for great customer relation, Can't recommend you enough.
