Friendly.. helpful and put together the perfect honeymoon.

Excellent, informative personalized service.
I traveled to Zimbabwe to see Victoria Falls and Botswana to see elephants. It was an extraordinary trip. I was sprayed by water at Victoria Falls, a feeling and a sight I'll never forget. In Botswana I went to two safari camps. I was able to see all the animals I had dreamed of seeing, including elephants - up close and personal. The best part was sitting around the campfires at night, watching the sun go down and the stars come out.

Everything was well organized and the staff on the ground was delightful.
With the exception of a lack of information about one of my lodges, everything was well-communicated. The staff on the ground were fabulous in every way - from assisting me with transport to providing advice on things to do.

Fantastic
So many positive things to say: informed, well intended, respectful, responsive, supportive, caring, and understanding are a few. We did what I would call over to top exquisite trip. When asked what we were looking for it was hard to answer but they figured it out. So many choices decisions! Sambambili was our favorite-location, staff, knowledge, and setting with beautiful lodging.
Learned the difference between private reserves and National Parks - good to know. Saw all 5 and Wild Dogs in Sabi Sands and in Kruger no lion or rhino but all the others. My favorite was Tiyani the 4th generation leopard with Mike and the lion at night and zebras and giraffes and hyenas and rhinos and more! Thanks for the wonderful times.

Excellent - very quick to respond, delivered exactly what they said they would
Both Etienne and Prada were great. They listened to what we were looking for and set out a great itinerary. Everything was perfectly planned throughout the entire trip. We even managed to get all the specific rooms we wanted, all pick-ups were on time and they even arranged a few special events for my wifes birthday. I cant recommend them enough. it really was a special holiday

Excellent and professional team at Wayfairer Travel who handled every detail with utmost care
The mobile safari with Peake's Safaris set up was very raw, very bare and very basic. But it was extremely well put together. The food, the service and the guiding was of top quality.
The Chobe Elephant Lodge was also excellent with their guiding, service and quality of their rooms and facilities. We did not think their food was great, and their meal timings were also very awkward and did not suit us.
We had some excellent sightings across both areas, and enjoyed every bit of our holiday.
Thank you to Wayfairer too for handling the entire process from the initial call with Colin about what we would like to do for the holiday, to Prada who helped with every bit of paperwork and logistics, until we landed back from the holiday - every step of the way was easy and very professional.

Wayfairer provides excellent service and value for money
Dealing with the folk at Wayfairer was a very enjoyable and experience. This was my first safari and, although I had done some research, I found that their expert advice was invaluable. Ettienne put together an excellent itinerary and Prada as concierge stayed in close touch to make sure that everything worked. I was particularly pleased with the way that they made sure that the parts of our trip to Africa that I organised dovetailed seamlessly with the safari and trip to Victoria Falls that they organised. They also used an excellent ground crew in Botswana and Zimbabwe who made sure that everything went to plan especially at airports and at the border. It was all good - the people, the service, value for money - and I would recommend them. I should also add that I checked out 4 or 5 other travel agencies before choosing Wayfairer.

The most amazing family adventure EVER!
We travelled as a family of 5 with our three kids aged 17, 14 and 12. When i first approached Ettienne at Wayfarer I had a vague notion of going to Tanzania, doing a safari and then spending some relaxing time on the coast to end the adventure.
Ettienne took my vague idea and turned it into a once-in-a-lifetime experience that included 6 nights of luxury safari, small plane rides between Dar es Salam, Roho, Ruaha and Zanzibar.
The length of stay being three nights at each camp was perfect for our family - we went on game drives morning and evening, took a fishing trip out on the Lake and were treated to incredible lessons about Tanzanian culture, wildlife and the tales of the country.
The final five nights were spent on Zanzibar where we lapped up the luxury, the relaxation and so much amazing food! This was the perfect conclusion for our adventure, as we were pretty puffed following the safari time.
Thank you to Ettienne and to Toon for their organisation and care - everything from being met at the airports, to knowing approx how much to tip were discussed and organised in advance

Supportive of customers, very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable
This was my first time doing African Safari, and solo. I am very pleased with the outstanding job Wayfairer did to support me, answering all my queries from Day 1 of planning to Day 12 of farewell Africa. They were knowledgeable in navigating activities to fit my choices and very professional asking me of my choices of accommodations, places I want to go, and activities I want to experience. They made it all possible with the budget I had.
It was such an unforgettable and phenomenal experience, I will choose Wayfairer on my next Safari trip, this time with my family.

Very knowledgeable operators
We went on four safaris in Botswana. Each showcasing a different region/environment. Each camp was excellent;, food, vehicles, accommodations, and guides. They were excellent trackers, and worked very hard to meet all of your needs. No complaints, exceeded our expectations.
