Professional
The driver is professional, communicative and punctual. The vehicle is immaculate and comfortable and he drove very carefully on the rugged roads and allowed us to see the scenery of the place. He has a deep knowledge of the area and shared some facts about wild animals, the culture of the people and their history. The combination of his charismatic personality, his professionalism, reliability and educative approach made the trip enjoyable. I’d highly recommend him.

They were able to accommodate all of our requests
My Mom and I had a short amount of time and we wanted to go to Hwange National Park. Ideally, we wanted to do a full day safari, a night safari, and an early morning safari. It was recommended that we spread that out over more days, but as we didn't have time, they were able to make it all happen. We saw animals on each drive (which they weren't expecting). The only downside was that we didn't have a lot of time to hang out at the beautiful lodge that was hosting us. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to ensure we had a great time.

Efficient, knowledgeable, excellent customer service
We booked our Zimbabwe trip with Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours following a recommendation from Nhongo Safaris in South Africa. Tongesai is a great communicator, and the booking process was quick, easy, and well organized. We were happy with the quote provided and were able to easily pay online. Tongesai was waiting for us at Victoria Falls Airport to take us to our accommodation. He has arranged an amazing whirlwind 48 hour visit, that was packed with a sunset cruise on the Zambezi, Morning Game drive, he accompanied us on an amazing walk of the Victoria falls and arranged an African experience dinner in the evening.
It was so memorable, and everything we wanted! Overall, it was an fantastic trip, with a great guide, and we would highly recommend it for anyone considering a trip to Victoria Falls. For our next visit, we will definitely be reaching out to Tongesai and thoroughly recommend to all our friends.

Tongesai is on point and very knowledgeable
Our guide was waiting for us at the airport with a welcome sign, took us to our destination, helped us with activities for the week, picked us up, made sure we got to/from on time. Our guide was was patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend him and his company to all.

We booked our Honeymoon with Cultural Vibes and we are so grateful! They truly made us feel so special all while curating an exciting adventure. We first started out in Victoria Falls where we got to see the falls from land, helicopter, and zip line. We enjoyed our guide Tongesai as he is so knowledgeable on every aspect he was also very prompt with our pick ups and drop offs to each event. Every restaurant and hotel that we stayed at we really enjoyed as the Zimbabwean hospitality is top notch. For the second half of our adventure we stayed in Hwange National Park. We again had so many questions about nature and the animals which our guide was so knowledgeable on. We saw so many animals and learned about the circle of life. We have been raving about this trip to friends and family and will continue to recommend Cultural vibes.

Organized
Cultural Vibes Travel Tours provided the best tour experience for my partner and I. We got a package for 6 days and everything from accomodation bookings, meals and activities was booked in advance. Our Tour guide Tongesai, was very friendly and flexible, and he provided the best service throughout the experience. He was always on time and has a deep passion for his profession. Cared for us like family, answered every question
Tongesai was awesome from the start. I knew he was a good tour operator because he answered all of my questions in a timely manner and no question was ever stupid. Everything was just as he said once we arrived and really it was better. We prepared for about a year in advance for this trip and the tour operator was instrumental and making this trip a success. I highly recommend this tour operator to anyone who wants to visit Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana. Give Tongesai a call or email, and you will 100% not be disappointed. I have a very deep understanding of border crossing and transportation challenges in many African countries at this point because of the efforts of the tour operator. This makes my wife and I have very comfortable to approach another visit or look at visiting a different African country.

Tongesai is the BEST guide for a trip to Zimbabwe/Hwange National Park!!
We booked Tongesai / Cultural Vibes Travel & Tours based on recommendations from Safaribookings.com. He is a great communicator, and the booking process was quick, easy, and well organized. We were happy with the quote provided and were able to easily pay online. From there, he communicated the pick-up time and everything we needed to know prior to our trip. The day of transportation to Hwange went smoothly, and the van was very nice for our group. We arrived at Hwange at the scheduled time and went on our first safari of the day. It was epic, memorable, and everything we wanted! We enjoyed a quick lunch and continued our safari through Hwange National Park. From there, we drove back and enjoyed our conversations with Tongesai. Overall, it was an epic trip, with a great guide, and we would highly recommend it for anyone considering a day trip to Hwange. On our next visit, we will definitely be reaching out to Tongesai and hope to book an overnight stay in Hwange, as we wish we could have done more safaris!

extremely professional
We can not thank Cultural Vibes enough for organizing our tour for us in such short notice (4 days before we arrived in Zimbabwe) Tongasai is very professional and easy to get along with the tour he arranged was second to none the Ivory lodge is just amazing there is nothing they haven't thought about to make your stay perfect from the unbelievable food to the wonderful game drives (special mention to Patrick he is just the greatest) and then onto vic falls where Tongasai guided us around and shared his knowledge wonderfully then onto Chobe where we had a great morning game drive then a nice lunch and a small boat ride on the river which was the highlight of the day all in all it couldn't have been better organized thank you so much

Such a great experience, highly recommended
We went on a 3 day safari, and even though Tongesai did not lead it himself, I want to highly recommend his services.
Our group consisted of just my family; my wife, children (9, 13, 14), and me.
Tongesai acted as the agent, coordinating with the organization in Botswana that ran the actual tour. He met us several days in advance, and had informed us of some critical information (like make sure to bring birth certificates for the kids) well in advance.
On the first day of the Safari, he came to pick us up, and drove us to the border, where he coordinated a smooth hand over to the Botswana organization.
The guide from our safari was so good! ‘Cobra’ grew up in the bush, and if shows. He was frequently coordinating with, and showing other tour guides where to find the best big game sightings. We saw so many animals, including lions, hippos, tons of elephants and giraffes, and too many other animals to name.
The meals were also great! Cobra and Tongesai had contracted with ‘chef K’ for catered breakfast, lunch and dinner at the camp. All meals were great.
And the camp itself was organized above my expectations. Very nice tents, raised cots, plenty warm, tables, chairs and napkins at every meal!
All in all, the experience was pretty unforgettable. It’s not a cheap experience, but based on our trip I can highly recommend Tongesai’s services!
