Wonderful knowledge of African safaris and interesting places to explore
Gail was great in communication and organising a wonderful holiday to Africa, all we wanted to do was capture great photos and the experience of living close to the wildlife. We couldn't have been more exhilarated with the whole experience.

I’ve waited 40 years to go to Africa, I’m so pleased I had Gail to organise a tailor made itinerary
Gail was very helpful with visas, providing the paperwork or online info.
We had safari and houseboat experiences, Vic Falls, Cape Town and driving the garden route. Having private transfers/tours is the only way to go- absolutely no hassles to worry about.
We enjoyed our complimentary wine on our first night and on our return she sorted out our Avis dispute.
I’m already planning my next trip.

Organisational extraordinaire!
Gail provided us with an exciting itinerary for Africa that did not disappoint. We were blown away by the accommodation, food provided and all-around excellence of everywhere we went. The safari camps were our highlight but we felt that the whole experience surpassed our expectations.
We felt so well looked after and Gail's organisational skills were second to none. We were never left waiting for any transport and we had many pick-ups throughout our holiday. Every time we were somewhere new there was always someone to pick us up and always on time. We had no stresses while away, everything seemed so easy, which made our holiday experience perfect.
We would highly recommend using Gail's expertise and definitely plan to use her services again.

From beginning to end our arrangements were handled in an efficient and professional manner making for a wonderful and hassle-free holiday. Gail ensured our African experience was better than we anticipated.
We always thought Africa would be a good holiday destination but our experience was just wonderful. We went for 5 weeks to South Africa, Victoria falls and the Chobe river.
Gail understood what we wanted to see and experience in Africa, at the pace we wanted to travel and the budget we wanted to spend.
She was very good at following up on changes and suggestions. She communicated very well with us by phone and email.
What she recommended as far as hotels, Safari lodge, the tour itself and the day to day activities were mostly very good and well planned. The local companies that Gail used provided very good service.

Gails strengths are listening to what we were after and her personalised service
From the first contact with Gail she was professional, informative and listened to what we were after in our holiday. She was able to put together an amazing trip that exceeded our expectations. Gail took onboard all our requests and carried them out beyond our expectations.
From leaving Brisbane airport, all throughout our African adventure and then touching back down in Australia, Gail constantly supported and communicated with us. We missed our first outbound connecting flight, but Gail was following our flights and organised onward flights for us. Gail met with us to discuss our itenery and we felt assured and comfortable that she would prepare an excellent trip for us. It wasn't until we were actually experiencing all her detailed planning, we realised our expectations were being exceeded constantly. She was a great listener and we seemed to be on the same page with all we wished for. On arriving back into Sydney, some of our luggage was missing, so again Gail went above the beyond tracking the luggage down and eventually had it delivered to our door! We cannot recommend Gail highly enough if you are looking for an extremely experienced, professional Travel Agent to organise an unforgettable travel experience for you.
