cancelation of safari 4 weeks in advance and they are refusing refund
I have to cancel our safari tour 4 weeks in advance due the cruise company cancel Mombasa port of call for safety reasons. it supposed to be refundable without any penalties and they are not responding my request for the refund, so be careful booking with this company. Hope to receive response and refund to update this claim and clean the name of this safari tour company, other wise I will let you know

Wonderful
I had planned a one day tour of Wasini Island and Marine park by this tour operator. It was great. Everything was well arranged and on time. Mildred was very resourceful and she communicated often; before, during and for feedback after the tour. The understanding and responsiveness was really helpful. In my view, the service and the fun of the tour was beyond my initial expectetions. I am convinced to choose this tour operator again.

AWESOME IS THE WORD
Was really looking for a company that would make my birthday memorable. I booked with the above. The trip to Watamu was awesome. Mildred was so welcoming and concerned. The memories will remain scribbled on my heart. Thankyou wildlife safaris. Looking forward to booking by you again .
