Great operator, we really enjoyed our safari trip!
We made a safari booking with Zepisa that took us to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. The guide, Gilbert, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave us space to enjoy the experience without constant interruption, and was sensitive to our needs. Both the guide and operator were professional and flexible throughout the experience.

Once-in-a-lifetime experience in Serengeti National Park
I spent 3 days in the Serengeti, and it was an absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience. My friends and I had a private tour with a great guide who had in-depth knowledge about the animals. His expertise made our tour more exciting and meaningful. We even joked that we wanted a 1-hour lecture every night because listening to him talk about animals was so fascinating.
We didn’t upgrade our accommodation(Taji House), but if we had been informed that there was no hot water, we definitely would have. Apart from that, the place was worth the price. Every meal was satisfying, and the morning view was simply wonderful.
Overall, I highly recommend Zepisa!

Maximum reliability and accuracy.
My safari was fantastic, I saw amazing animals!
They understood what I wanted and organized the safari accordingly. The animals were important to me, I didn't ask for luxury, so I got exactly from Zepisa what I asked for. They didn't offer the lowest price among several other companies, but it was probably the best value for money. Communication was good via email, and Nyemo typically responded quickly to my questions.
The organization was perfect and Omaru was an outstanding guide.
Which doesn't matter much in retrospect, but it does help improve the service:
1. Just before departure I asked for a final itinerary, which was not up to date, it was the same one I had received months earlier.
2. Unfortunately Lake Manyara is nowhere near what it was a few years ago. I should have been informed about this.
Apart from small inconveniences of Taji House everything went very well. If I were to go again, I would ask Zepisa Tours to organize it again!

unforgettable holiday in Tanzania and Zanzibar
Zepisa organized our trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. We visited the Tarangire, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and the Serengeti. The trip was well organized, with four unforgettable nights in a tent in the Serengeti. We saw many animals, including several felines in the Serengeti. The guides, Omary and Sam, were fantastic. They were experienced, helpful, and careful.
Mr Nyemo the owner of the agency has always responded promptly to our requests.

Unforgettable Experience for Our First Safari
My family had a truly memorable first Safari experience with Zepisa. Thank you Nyemo for the great coordination, seamless communication and always there to promptly answer our questions. We also had a great Safari guide, Omari who had the eyes of an eagle. He could spot animals from miles away and also identify them instantly. He is like a walking encyclopedia! Thanks to Omari, we saw all of the big 5 and also all the animals we had on our checklist.
The package we had were definitely good value for money. We have no complaints about the accommodations and the food served. They catered to all kinds of cuisines and palates. The only thing that we would like was the options available for packed lunch, as they were kind of repetitive. Overall, we had a great time with Zepisa and would not hesitate to recommend their service to our friends!

Our 5-day luxury safari with Zepisa African Safaris was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the final day of our journey, everything was flawlessly organized, and we felt well taken care of every step of the way.
A special mention goes to our guide Omary, who was nothing short of amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about wildlife. Thanks to his sharp eyes and expertise, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five—lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and even the elusive rhino! He made each game drive exciting and informative, and his warm personality made our trip even more enjoyable.
The accommodations were truly luxurious and exceeded our expectations. We stayed at:
Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti – stunning views, excellent service, and luxurious comfort right in the heart of the bush.
The Retreat at Ngorongoro – peaceful, elegant, and surrounded by breathtaking nature.
Gran Meliá Arusha – the perfect place to relax at the start and end of the safari, with world-class facilities and incredible hospitality.
We couldn’t have asked for a better safari experience. Thank you to Zepisa African Safaris and to Omary for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxury safari in Tanzania

A highlight of our Tanzanian holiday
Our safari to Ruaha National park was a resounding success. Much of this was due to our amazing guides Winston and Onesmu. They were very knowledgeable, kind and patient, stopping to look at animals for as long as we wanted and went that extra mile for our enjoyment. The tour was definitely good value for money and I would recommend it to anyone. Our guides were very reliable, always turning up when they said they would. We stayed in a banda which was clean and had everything we needed. Meals were at a local restaurant and were very adequate. We saw fantastic different wildlife including even the rare African Painted Dog.

Wonderful
The price of the tour was excellent. The Tourist guides were open, helpful, nice and could answer all of our questions. They always helped us with every question and concern. The planning of the adventure was very good and fantasticly made. All of the sleeping arrangements were beautiful and good for relaxation.
