Just amazing
Just back from 10 days safari . It was pure magic more than amazing ! Thank you to Derrick and Mike for this unforgettable experience. Murchison falls , gorilla tracking, chimpanzee tracking , lion tracking, tree climbing lions…couldn’t be better ! They do everything and much more to make my trip amazing. They even make me birthday surprise and birthday gift :) I never been satisfied more than my trip with JM Jungle Safaris. Thank you to Derrick for my amazing pictures , he is really good photographer :) I’m just came back from my safari , but i can’t wait when I will be back ! Highly recommended! We compared many tours, and Christian was incredibly patient, always accommodating our changing needs. The price was also better than other companies! Our guide, Mike, was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. He drove tirelessly along the way and helped us find animals! The accommodation we ended up staying in was exactly as planned! It was perfect. The people and things in Uganda were truly wonderful and unforgettable! I'd definitely consider this company again when I return to Uganda. Definitely worth a try!

I travelled solo to Uganda and Rwanda with JM Safaris in November 25, and the trip far exceeded every expectation I had. From start to finish, the team catered for me perfectly — the entire journey felt thoughtfully designed, and kept getting better day by day. The team are genuinely exceptional: warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. They clearly have a talent for catering to a wide range of travellers — solo adventurers, couples, families, or groups — while still making the experience feel bespoke. Everything ran smoothly, with flexibility and care throughout.
'King' Charles and Derek joined as my guides, and were both outstanding — incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their understanding added so much depth to the experience, they went above and beyond to make every day special. A special mention also goes to Christina in the office, who is super responsive, incredibly organised and very helpful which made the booking process easy.
The itinerary experiences were extraordinary. Gorilla trekking, Chimpanzee walk and Golden monkey tracking, plus multiple safari drives through different national parks en route. The wildlife sightings were phenomenal — I saw more wildlife than on any other safari trips I’ve done in recent years, and each park offered something completely different and memorable. Both countries surprised me and completely exceeded my expectations. The landscapes are stunning, the people are welcoming, and the food in Uganda was standout — fresh, healthy, abundant, and packed with flavour.
I would recommend this experience to absolutely anyone, whether travelling solo or as part of a group. I truly hope to travel with this team again in the future — it was an unforgettable journey and one of the best safari experiences I’ve ever had. You will not regret.

A Memorable 8-Day Safari Tour in Uganda - Thank You JM Jungle Safaris
I had an amazing and a memorable 8 day trip to Uganda in December of 2025. The entire trip was very well organized and planned. We did game drives in Murchsion Falls National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park - Experienced wonderful sightings of wild life at both national parks. We also got to see chimpanzees at kyambura gorge, and the magnificent mountain gorillas at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. We were accompanied by Derrick (tour manager) and Pannuel (tour guide) on our 8 day trip - they were friendly, knowledgeable, fun loving, and were always on time.
Uganda is a beautiful place to experience African wildlife, especially the mountain gorillas. If you are considering a trip to Uganda, I strongly recommend considering JM Jungle Safaris to plan your next memorable trip 😊

Best trip ever – Uganda blew our minds 🇺🇬✨
Me and my fiancé did a 9-day trip in Uganda, visiting Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth, Kibale and Bwindi, and honestly… it was an amazing experience.
We saw all the animals you can imagine (even the big cats 🐆), and the landscape is just unreal, every park feels totally different from the previous one. The experience with the gorillas and the chimpanzees was absolutely crazy, truly once in a lifetime.
We felt incredibly lucky and very special to be so close to them.
All the lodges and hotels were incredible, super comfortable, and the staff really took care of us the whole time.
There were not many tourists, the weather was perfect, and everything felt very relaxed and authentic.
But the absolute best part of the trip was our guide, Mike.
He took care of us like family, always found the best animals, explained everything with passion, and answered our thousands of questions without ever getting tired 😄
He’s basically a legend. everyone knows him, which made everything easier in the parks and hotels.

Derrick and Panuel were amazing and knowledgable about wildlife and culture.
As a single female traveler, I had the most amazing adventure ever. The itinerary was well planned, visiting many different parks and environments in Uganda and Tanzania. I photographed numerous mammals up close, many of whom were nursing their babies. I saw beautiful birds and some reptiles. The accommodations were spacious and had large quantities of delicious fresh and cooked food. The local people were so friendly. I highly recommend JM Jungle Safari!

Derek & Panuel were amazing!
Our safari was unforgettable! Derek & Panuel were so kind and helpful. We had a lovely few days with them and we got along so well.
We went to Queen Elizabeth National Park, as well as doing the Chimpanzee Trek and the Gorilla Trek. Our whole experience was amazing and made all the better with the beautiful scenic drives between spots, thanks to Panuel.
If we come back to Uganda in the future, we will definitely be coming back to you guys!

Great people offering great experiences
I recently completed a 5-day safari in Uganda with this company and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had.
Our trip included gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, chimpanzee tracking, and several safari drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Every wildlife experience was incredible, but what made it even more special was the team guiding us. They always made sure we had personal, meaningful encounters with the animals and did their best to avoid crowds so the moments felt natural and unforgettable.
The accommodation throughout the trip was amazing as well. We chose a budget tour, but it honestly felt like a luxury experience. The lodges were beautiful, the food was great, and everything was organised so smoothly that we could just relax and enjoy the adventure.
I’ve been on safaris in Tanzania before and visited several national parks, but Uganda completely exceeded my expectations. The landscapes, wildlife, and overall experience were even more special than I imagined.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone thinking about a safari in Uganda. The value for money is fantastic, and the whole experience felt like a 5-star trip from start to finish.
