Lovely tour
The staff at the Boteti Tent Losge were amazing. I can’t say enough good things about their kindness, efficiency, and dedication to making us feel welcome. The location was perfectly situated on the Boteti River and provided a serene view of the water fowl and occasional crocodile. The helicopter ride over the Okavango Delta was the BEST helicopter experience o have ever had. We saw lots of animals and the guide was very helpful. The evening Mokoro ride was very eventful and peaceful all at the same time. Our polers did a wonderful job keeping us safe from a pod of angry hippos. The grounds of the lodge are very natural and unmanicured. I had a real sense of being out with nature. I highly recommend this lodge.

Efficiency plus - very prompt replies to any queries, and well organised trip
This was probably the best trip I have had - booking was straight forward, any queries were answered very quickly. The transport to and from Johannesburg was on time and comfortable. We had a tent (ridge ) , which was 5 star glamping - very roomy, AC, Kettle and tea/coffee, very spacious bathroom and shower, and there were no signs of any insects at any time.
The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly - and we saw all the big 5 - all the guides around the park would check with each other as they passed as to where animals were : the food was of an excellent quality; and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
it was a friendly atmosphere with all the guests , and we have kept in touch with some of those we met, and still meet up periodically to talk about our trip.
The trip was certainly very good value for money, and I would recommend anyone thinking of such a trip to take the Mzansi Experience.

Exellent safari tour
Everything was well organized.
1. Transportation was wrll organized and very punture.
2. Accommodation was reasonable;Good food and kind staff. But you should take your hair dryer.
3. Safari tour was well organized but panorama tour is not recommended if you are take this tour in rainy season.

Incredibale and exciting journey
The operators was always available and response soon. Take also care about any idea fron us and was passioned whne we changed our shedule again. They make excellent proposal and suggestions to make the joureny even more excided. The one remark are in regards the price transparence and arguments about it. But in general the package was so good that we choosed it.

I am extremely glad your tour worked out so well. I was quite a bit of options we had to look at, with some changes along the way - but we were happy that we could tailor-make a package suiting your specific needs. With all the changes, additions, removing of options and looking at different packages, I am aware that keeping thread of the package costs might have become confusing. However, when you decided on the final package - I did confirm to you that pricing was correct as Cailyn calculated - and still offered additional discount. the package, as you know after your magnificent experience, is brilliant value for money.
I am glad that your experience far surpassed any small qualm you might have had in the process.

Good tour with a couple caveats
Good tour with responsive staff. Boteti camp provides a nice winderness feel with comfortable tented rooms and washrooms. Caveat is that Moremi Game Reserve is 2.5 hours away (one way), which we overlooked when booking (our fault). When booking, know that your safari day will be tiring because you have to leave at 5 am.
