Very good experience with Kasake tours.
The people that run Kassel tours as well as our driver were really nice and accommodating. The driver (Julius) did a great job in showing us almost all of the animals there are in Mikumi national park. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing Mikumi National Park tour with John and Julius!
John answered every question we had prior to the safari and was very accomodating as well! The safari at Mikumi National Park was nothing short of magical. Our driver Julius was perfect with accessing our demands, make us happy and teaching us about Tanzania. He also is a very safe driver on the road, respectful of nature and animals, and is patient as well.
We needed ferry tickets to Zanzibar and john gladly arranged it for us!

We were very satisfied!
The communication from Germany with John before our trip was pleasant, fast and uncomplicated. Before arrival, we transferred 50% of the price and received a confirmation directly - so the booking process felt correct.
At the airport we were picked up on time and paid the rest of the amount.
The trip started - the car was very comfortable and our guide Julius tried to fulfill our every wish the whole trip. On the way to the park we made some stops to eat, we got to try delicious local specialties- very nice and tasty!
The safari was a very nice experience and we would definitely repeat it - Julius tried everything to show us all the animals - and he succeeded. We saw everything we wanted to -> and even a leopard on the last day! Additionally Julius told us a lot about nature and life in Tanzania - it was a very nice time!
At the end John helped us and got tickets for the ferry - so we could start our journey to Zanzibar relaxed.
Thank you for the great experience, it was one of the most beautiful experiences in our lives!

Very good organized
We made a booking in advance and had contact with Tassia, Johns wife. When we arrived John met us the day before at our hotel. He also helped me getting a prepaid simcard and ferry tickets in Dar es Salaam. The next day Julius, our driver came at the exact time to pick us up with his comfortable Toyota Landcruiser. The trip was relaxed, we stopped for lunch. When arrived at Mikumi, we had a half day game drive, Julius was very kind and tried his best to show us the game and tell us more about it too. We saw the lions on our first day. We stayed at at Camp Bastion just outside the park. It was very comfortable and very nice people. Everything we discussed in advance, they arranged it for us. We recommend Kasaka to everyone!

One of the coolest trips our family has done
Our family went on a two day budget Mikumi adventure with Kasaka Tours in December 2022. Communication before the trip was great and our tour guide Tony was fantastic! Very nice guy who knew a lot of cool information about all animals we saw and a great driver!
The morning on day 2 we found a pack of lions right by the road in Mikumi and Tony gently parked the car among them so we could study them really close.
I absolutely recommend Kasaka Tours!

Perfectly planed, budget friendly Safari to Mikumi
We decided to do the 2 nights / 3 days Safari to Mikumi NP with Kasaka (starting and ending in Dar Es Salaam) - and it was a great decision. The communication with John was easy and clear (via WhatsApp and email). Everthing was well planed and worked exactly as communicatsd. We got picked up at our hotel in Dar at 6am, after the 7 ours drive to Mikumi we directly started the half-day Safari, had lunch in the park and checked in to Camp Bastian at around 5 pm. The next day we had the full day for game drive. On the last day we went back to Dar at 7 am, arrived there at 2pm and easily got the ferry back to Zanzibar at 4.
Half of the payment needed to be sent via invoice when the tour is booked. The second half is payed in cash when starting the tour in the morning. John directly gave feedback when the first transfer was successful, which gave us a good feeling (no scam etc).
So in total it was a well planed Safari with 1 1/2 days game drive in total, that is really budget friendly. We saw around 20 elefants, 20 lions, 50 giraffs and tons of all the other beautiful animals.

Amazing experience
We had an amazing experience travelling with Kasaka Tours in july 2022. Tassia and John are the best guests and tour guides. They give you background information about life in Tanzania that you would never have experienced with another, less personal, tour operator. Everything was fixed perfectly and we received a very open communication from both Tassia en John about our travels and safari. They really make you feel at home and make sure your travels are according to your preferences and wishes. The best address for travelling in beautiful Tanzania!
