Amazing
Arthur was amazing in communication always checking on us, providing assistance whenever needed very professional, efficient. Overall the trip was amazing. Highly recommended to plan a trip.
Improvement needed with accommodation itself, place was clean but needed a few issues to be fixed. They also need a backup plan for water in case electricity is not available. But mostly they needed to communicate with us instead of waiting for us to ask them.
Otherwise l will still use Arthur and team to handle my travel plans

Unforgettable trip
Wonderful trip, great organization of the trip, the best experience was swimming in the Devil's pool, we had a safari in Zimbabwe and Botswana, the incredible beauty of Victoria falls, everything was at a high level, great accommodation and transportation. Really an amazing trip well organized
All booked activities were amazing and well organized, however for the optional activities it’s a bit of a “tourisitic price” so try to always negotiate the prices offered.
The guides and drivers were really cool, funny, reliable knowlegdeable & very professional. Always willing to go the extra mile. We felt really taken care of. Would highly recommend.

There is a lot of fun things to do with ASM travel! Arthur’s timely communication about each activity is very helpful. He gives a detailed itinerary timeline and cost breakdown of activities before and on arrival. Himself and the staff are all also very informative and friendly. 6 stars for Arthur and the gang!
