Budget price but 5-star service

I met the best travel companions in the world, and the eight of us shared an incredibly happy experience in Masai Mara.
A huge thank-you to our amazing guide Patrick in Masai Mara — he was patient, kind, and always gave us enough time to observe the animals. He somehow always found the best viewing spots, and he truly respects and protects the wildlife as much as he respects us.
Also, thank you to Martin, our guide in Amboseli, who made the trip so much fun! I’ll never forget the surprise birthday cake you arranged for me — it was such a sweet and touching moment.
When I had an issue with my room, one quick call to Citrus solved everything immediately.

perfect schedule and good driver
it's my first time to come Kenya, first i am considering about different agencies, then i trust with Joy, she was so generous and kind even i didnt pay any deposit, so i chose this agency , driver and guide Patric is ok , first day i asked about water, he said later, later, we are not so happy, but he is so experienced finding animals and good drive , also even chosen budget tour, food is clean, accomodation is good, so I rated 5 stars!

We did 5 days with a group and 3 days in private. That was so great ! I recommend this tour to every type of travelers. It's a thing you have to do in your life !
Citrus Tour is a great choice to do this trip. The price are not that high and it includes almost everything.
Steve sold us the trip, but he also helped us with a lot of things before and after the trip
During our trip, we had 3 different divers : Clinton, Kennedy and Ken. We had a great time with the three of them.
A little thing though : the drivers gave a little of explanations but it would be great to have more explanations and anecdotes about the animals. We feel like it would have been better and more interesting with a guide.

High value for money
I booked a low budget safari through Kenya (Masaai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru, Amboseli) and Tanzania (Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater). Of course accomodations were what we booked. Everything was perfectly organized. We were a mixed group not knowing each other before. But we got along very well and had fun together. Our drivers (Patrick in Kenya, Hosa in Tanzania) showed us plenty of wildlife. That one day in Amboseli we saw lions mating, and maybe half an hour later ostriches mating.
A lot of bang for the buck!

Smooth, unforgettable safari experience
Travelled with my boyfriend and this was our first safari - a budget safari of three days. We got in touch with Steve after we got his contact details from another couple we met when travelling. He was very responsive to our messages and wishes, and the organization was smooth. Even the transportation from/to the airport was included!
The game drives in Maasai Mara were truly unforgettable, especially during the game drive on the first evening when the sun was setting - the views were strikingly beautiful. Much thanks to our skilled driver Martin we were able to see all of the "big five" on our second day! Some of the most memorable views were two cheetahs hunting and feasting on a wildebeest, and a male lion up close (sleeping of course).
The campsite had all we needed, tents were quite big and featured a bathroom and shower. We met other travellers via our safari group and also in the camp, there was a nice community feeling.
We highly recommend Citrus Tours for a good value for money safari with friendly and professional people.

We were traveling with the family of four. That was the best choice we could make: we have seen big 5 and much, much more.

The food was very ok as much as the trasportation.

Full professionalism of people with passion
We were on 10 days safari Kenya/Tanzania with Citrous ( whole family with 3 childrens 16,14, 12 years old ) and I must say that it was pleasure and happiness from the begining till the end. Starting with great contact and full servise aviability given by Steve and later our guide Gibson great guy always with a smile on face and full knoledge of every animals which we saw in parks during Safari. Trip was well organized and all pionts which we agreed took a place . We seen big five in two days !! Later when we were in Tanzania quality was still in high level.
