Touch africa adventures planned our trip exactly how we said and they gave some recommendations without self interest. We visited the places we wanted and slept at incredible places, and they were ineterested everyday about our trip and how everything was going.

Fantastic!!!!
5/5

Last year we went with Touch Africa to the Mount Meru. The organization was perfect!!!
And for this trip we decided to also organize with them the safari. It was a fantastic experience! They are kind and very professional!

I recommend it to whoever wants to have a marvelous experience and wants to avoid western operators. Besides Touch Africa is managed by a fantastic person, a true masai, that he devolves part of the result to help the tribes of the tanzania.

We have been very well...in short! Recommended under all the aspects!!! Good trip!

Good and affordable safari organization

The Safari was great and they offer a price that really worth it. But the manager not always fulfill his word. Becareful just to pay for what you consumed. Do not let them any money extra. You will never see it back again.

Safari, night in a Maasai Boma & a lot more! Authentic experience!
5/5

We booked a 9-day tour at Touch Africa Adventures.
I contacted Samuel (maasai owner) some months in advanced in order to compare prices and tours.
I avoid international agencies and contacted straight local companies based in Arusha. I chose Touch Africa not only because was offering a reasonable price but also the tour and cultural activities were better than the others.
We overnight and spent full day in a maasai boma - actually where Samuel was born and comes from.
This was the highlight of our tour. Also enjoyed a lot our stay in Lake Natron (less touristic and breathtaking lanscape!).

Great experience
5/5

We booked our safari with Touch Africa in February. We did not want to book our trip with a international operator but a local one. After comparing a few offers from different tour operators we chose Samuel (the owner). He had the best offer concering price and included trips.
He picked us up at the Airport Kilimanjaro. We drove to Arushe, where we spent one night in a nice lodge. The day after we were picked up by our guide (Leon). He spent the rest of the safari with us. We spent 6 days visiting Lake Manyara NP, Serengeti NP, Ngrongoro Crater and Tarangire NP. We saw a lot of animals!!!! The accomodations during the trip were great. We spent 2 nights in the Haven Nature Camp and Lodge), 2 nights in the Four Seasons Serengeti Lodge, 1 in the Ngrorongoro Crater Lodge. On the 7th day we met Samuel again. We drove to his maasai village, where he was born and his whole family still lives. We had the pleasure to stay one night and half a day in his village. It was a great experience getting to know the real maasai life.
After the maasai home stay we drove to Moshi (accomodation: Backpackers Hotel), where we attended a coffee tour at the Kilimanjaro - we made our own coffee. In the afternoon we hiked to a waterfall.

All in all we had a great time in Tanzania with Touch Africa. We felt very safe with Samuel and his team.

Great trip
5/5

We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Serengeti parks and then spent three days in Zanzibar. It was a perfect itinerary. The owner of the company Samuel worked with me to put together the itinerary that was just right for us.
I contacted several companies during my planning and picked this company because Samuel was always good at responding quickly to my emails and also because he is from Masai community and has strong connection to it. He was also very accomodating in all of my requests.
All the parks were beautiful and we saw a lot of animals. The accommodations were great - Tarangire Sopa Lodge, Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, and especially Kubu Kubu tented Camp in Serengeti which was wonderful. Our guide Musa was very good, he gave us a lot of good information, was friendly and courteous and had some kind of sixth sense where to find the animals.
Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who would like to visit beautiful Tanzania

FRAUD
This company has cheated us; We hired them with a safari from Spain and the day they had to pick up at the hotel, we could not contact them, we had paid them 60% of the amount (2000€~) ... this supposed us, to lose a whole day between going to the Spanish embassy, put the complaint in the police and Of course, hiring another safari, not counting the economic loss.

Fraud

The man called Iga has stolen about 5000€. We are 4 friends, and we booked a safari with his company (it has good comments in internet). We suppose that now it works with different people because in a few weeks we've read more situations like this. When we asked to hotels to confirm the bookings (he send us fake receipts), they told us that there wasn't any booking for us. The man has dissappeared. DON'T TRUST TOUCH AFRICA ADVENTURES.
