East African adventure of a lifetime!
I had the most remarkable tour of East Africa (Kenya, Uganda & Tanzania), thanks to the Triple F Photo Tours team. This was a particularly sentimental trip for me. I was celebrating a milestone birthday, while also returning to the country of my birth for the first time since leaving as an infant. My wish list items were a mile long!
The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced. The trip represented great travel for the cost. My booking was relatively easy. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly. The team was professional, reliable and stepped in immediately to handle any minor discrepancies that occurred on the spot during the trip. It was the customized itinerary, coupled with two passionate professionals, Amina and Venex, that made this trip so memorable!
As for the trip itself, it was the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey - something I will remember, draw upon and cherish for many years to come. I was thrilled by the diversity of this trip: from multiple safaris and game drives experiencing the wildlife to meeting the Masai Mara, visiting UNESCO world heritage sites, from visiting old familial homes and places to cruising the source of the river Nile, from soaring over the Serengeti in a hot air balloon to phenomenal cultural experiences, while meeting the most extraordinary locals along the way and bookending my trip on the Indian Ocean. I definitely will be back! Thanks again Amina & Venex!

Amina looked after every little detail of this tour!
How do I begin to thank you, Amina, for creating such an amazing tour to Uganda. It exceeded all of my expectations. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve dreamed about visiting Africa. Everything I imagined became real. It felt like this tour had been created just for me!
Amina is very passionate about what she does. We learned how to photograph in different light and settings throughout the tour, and I watched and listened, as did the other people who participated in this amazing opportunity.
Here are a few highlights:
- Game drive and boat ride along the Kazinga Channel at Queen Elizabeth National Park
- Game drive at Murchison Falls National Park and Boat ride on the Nile and then a hike up to Murchison Falls
- Chimpanzee trekking at Kibale Forest National Park
- Walk to the Sempaya Hot Springs and cooked eggs in the boiling water

Life-Changing!
I went on a photo tour with Amina in 2019 and it was life-changing. Not only did we get to learn how to improve our photography, which was amazing because I did not have any knowledge in this regard prior to travelling, but we also got to meet the students in the Cameras For Girls program. Going to Uganda was a life-long dream as my family had emigrated to Canada and I always thought we would travel back together but when Amina put out the tour, I decided to take the plunge. I love travelling and have been to many countries around the world, but this experience is definitely one I would highly recommend. Nature, wildlife, cultural immersion and giving back – what else could you want?
