The tour guide was excellent in all respects
The sites visited in Tanzania was satisfying but not including visit to Kilimanjaro and the Serengeti National park in the itinerary is disappointing
The hotel arranged in Zanzibar was not so good
Excellent tour with great sightings
Tour guide turned up on time, we drove to Tarangire National Park and saw an abundance of elephants, birds, giraffes etc. The accommodation was also very good. On the second day we went to Ngorogoro Crater which was excellent and again, we saw a good amount of animals. The guide ensured we got close enough to get some excellent pictures.
The only drawback was that the guide takes you to a Masai village. The Masai people wanted $50 for the two of us to dress us up in their traditional clothing, which was a bit cringe, and explain how they live and show us around their village, which we found a bit steep and didn't want to do. We were not warned of this. On the way home, the driver stopped at 3 separate shops, all selling Masai carvings for well over the odds, when we didn't really want to buy anything as we were only carrying backpacks, but nonetheless you have to stop there. Mind you, there were several other safari jeeps at the villages/shops, so I guess you just don't have a choice.

The Serengeti Green Tanzania agency accompanied us throughout the planning of our stay and during our trip. The choice of hotels and the itinerary were adapted to our budget and our date requirements. The agency contacted us throughout our stay to ensure that everything was going well. Our guide and driver accompanied us throughout our stay. He was perfectly familiar with all the routes and was able to share his knowledge with us to observe the animals. Our driver "Good Luck" was as punctual as a Swiss watch. The stay was memorable. Go with the agency with close eyes, everything was perfect.

Fantastic safari
My safari experience was absolutely fantastic! The trip was well-priced, and the hotel selections were excellent. The team was highly responsive and cooperative, allowing us to add destinations to our itinerary and welcoming our suggestions. Our driver and guide, (his name was Good Luck), was incredibly kind, polite, and respectful. He made the entire journey even more enjoyable with his professionalism and warm personality.
We had the chance to see all the animals we hoped for, including rare ones, thanks to Good Luck’s dedication and expertise. Compared to other drivers from different companies, he was by far the best—there was simply no comparison. If I ever go on another safari, I will definitely choose the same driver and company again!

Excellent Guide Goodlouck
Highly recommend the experience, this was my first every safari and it was everything i expected and more! We managed to see the big 5 all thanks to our excellent guide who was also very knowledgeable and well informed! I felt extremely safe and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of going to book with them. Goodlouck was very helpful, well experienced driver. Sadiq was also great, we had plenty of questions and Sadiq our operator answered all of them and made the experience so much easier! Ask away and they are extremely helpful! I would give them more stars if I could!!

Goodluck’s expert navigation and insights into wildlife behavior enhanced every game drive. The accommodations were exceptional, with great food, friendly staff, and stunning locations close to the parks. Exceptional service in every aspect-guide knowledge, lodging, food, parks visited and feel for area
Goodluck our guide was knowledgable and skilled in all four parks we visited. We saw the big & small five up close when possible and his depth of information on all the animals and birds ( bird lovers paradise) was amazing! Joseph put together our fabulous safari and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Reliability , communication and value could not have been better! It was an adventure of a life time!!!
