The Salt Lick Lodge and Tsavo safari with guide Carlos was excellent. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, many types of antelopes and other animals. Though we started nerve-racking because of the roadworks and the resulting trafficsituation, we had a wonderful gamedrive in Tsavo National Park. We saw elephants, antilopes, impala's, giraffes, zebra's, ostriches and even a hippo! Thanks Reuben and collegues for the beautiful day

Great day!
Picked up on time at the terminal, and it took us about 3 hrs to get to the National Park. Plenty time to cruise around.
Saw lots of animals including the majestic elephant, giraffe, zebra, hippo, oryx, etc.
We stopped for a beautiful lunch at the lodge.
On the way up and down you get a good impression of Kenia!

A great seamless service from the hotel, the tour and back
I contacted Reuben on phone. We never had a face to face meeting but he made all the necessary arrangements. He even arranged for another car to pick us after we delayed getting out to the first car.
The trip was great fun. We saw the dolphins, multiple times. At the coral reef the boat assistants were very helpful even to those who could not swim well.
The whole trip was very impressive. I was not too keen on the swahili food but my family devoured it, I was amazed! Then the boat captain and his crew decided to sing some local popular songs on our way back. I loved this final creative touch to crown the excursion.

Wonderful
We booked 6 days and 5 nights and I can only say that our dream was more than fulfilled. Of course you spend a lot of time in the car but that's just how it is and if you do your research beforehand you can't give the tour guy a bad review. That's the case with every provider. Sorry.
Marl took all of our wishes into account, not just a safari, we also wanted to see hippos and crocodiles.

Eighteen of us booked an overnight safari for when we had two days in Mombasa on a cruise ship. From making the booking, we were kept up-to-date with all the info we could need and all the questions we had were answered promptly. Our jeeps were waiting for us when we disembarked from the ship and everything was organised professionally. Our driver was friendly and genuinely keen to show us as much wildlife as possible. He had a skill for being able to spot almost anything while driving and stopped whenever there was anything interesting to see. We managed to see lions, giraffes, elephants, a leopard in a tree and a hippo, as well as zebra, gazelle, ostrich, vultures, eagles and various other birds and grazing animals. The scenery was magnificent and the lodge at Voi was great - decent food, clean rooms and facilities and good service. We also visited a Maasai village and the two-hour drive from Mombasa was interesting in its own right. Reuben was with us the whole time to check we were happy with everything and was super friendly. I really can't find fault with anything and the price was excellent value for money. This was my first ever safari and it surpassed every expectation. A 10/10 recommendation.
