He's excellent in his field
It was everything I hoped for & then some. The location, getting picked up & dropped off right to my Airbnb, breakfast & lunch, going through hellsgate & getting a local masaai tribe member to hike with & tell us info about Hell's Gate & getting dressed up in traditional masaai tribe clothing & taking all the pictures & having the local guide take pictures & videos for us. Then the boat ride to top it all off. loved every minute of it & it was worth every penny. No complaints here! I captured memories to last a lifetime.

6 days safari experience
We had an amazing 6-day safari visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli. Our guide, Marcus, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Both Marcus and David were very knowledgeable about the wildlife and knew the best spots to see all kinds of animals and take great photos. They were also very skilled drivers, which was important not only during the safari but also on highways and in city traffic. On top of that, Marcus was incredibly helpful when I fell ill due to food poisoning, driving me all the way to a hospital in Narok to ensure I received proper medical care. Overall, doing the safari with African Bush Explorers was great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and well-organized adventure.

Africa Bush Explorers nailed it
I booked three solo excursions over seven days with Africa Bush Explorers, initially planning just one but quickly adding two more after being thoroughly impressed.
The team nailed my preferences from the start, whether booked via Airbnb or directly. Their responsiveness was a standout—rare for the region.
Guides arrived promptly and struck the right balance between attentiveness and giving me an authentic, laid-back and native experience. Not overdoing it is essential.
David and Samuel were excellent—skilled drivers, knowledgeable, and flexible with the itinerary, often going out of their way to show me hidden gems.
Highly recommended for both solo travelers and groups.

Fun and knowledgeable tour operator.
We did the half-day Nairobi Animal Preserve Park Tour and it was exceptional! The tour operator was GREAT and we saw lots of wildlife. No improvements to suggest!
