Amazing Guide and Great Safari Experience
I booked my safari through Jungleroam Safaris. Their communication was prompt and responsive, although some parts of the arrangement could be improved.
For example, the pick-up time for going to the office, making the payment, and meeting the rest of the group was not very well coordinated. My pick-up was late, which meant both I and the other group members had to wait. I also joined a balloon safari and had to wait quite a while for my guide to pick me up afterward. More precise coordination would make the overall experience smoother.
That said, our guide David was excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and punctual. He explained not only the animals we saw, but also shared interesting information about local tribes, villages, landscapes, animal behavior, and the ecosystem.
He was also very proactive in communicating with other guides and gathering information, which gave us more chances to see lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Thanks to his experience and effort, we were able to complete the Big Five and learn much more about the animals and their behavior during our safari.
Regarding the accommodation, it would be helpful if guests were reminded in advance to bring personal toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, and towels. A small light or headlamp would also be useful, as the tents can be quite dark at night.
Overall, I had a very good safari experience and would recommend Jungleroam Safaris, especially David as a guide, to anyone considering a safari.

Professionals who care for their customers
Me and my husband travelled to Kenya and did a 5-day journey-safari to Maasai Mara with one day stop at lake Naivasha. The experience was very good but what made it great was our driver-guide Samuel ! I kept asking him questions about every animal and he literally knew all the answers!! He was kind and also made us feel safe and comfortable as he was escorting us by foot at every place we made a stop! Another important thing is that he knew where we could spot the wild animals at Maasai Mara and he was always choosing the best position with the jeep to let us have a great angle for our photos! Last but not least, even though we drove many hours he made the trip enjoyable and not tiresome.

The itinerary was well organised, and the driver-guide was conscientious and responsible.
Our guide, Raheem Mwema, is humorous guy and very serious and responsible about his work. He also an excellent driver, always punctual, and works very hard to meet all of our requests. He did his very best to help us find as many animals as possible.
The only downside is that he spends quite a lot of time on his phone when talking with someone. Nevertheless, whenever an explanation was needed, he gave us detailed and informative explanations.

Robin. Awesome. Acute guide and driver, can pick best position whenever a wildlife showed up.
It was truly a worthwhile journey, especially for the price. We managed to see all of the Big Five, visit several different nature reserves, and even witness a leopard hunting.
Robin was an excellent guide. He was highly skilled at both driving and spotting wildlife, and he always managed to find the best spots for us to get a great view of the animals.
For a budget trip, the accommodation and buffet meals were generally quite good, although the quality became a little more basic later on. The main downside was that there was quite a lot of time spent in the car, which could get a bit tiring and make you sleepy. That said, I don't think this can really be avoided on a safari, given the distances between the different parks and reserves.
If you’re looking for an even better experience, I’d recommend staying for a longer period or focusing on just a few parks rather than trying to cover too many places in one trip.

Jungle roam Safaris was an amazing experience. We went to several different parks and out tour guide Walter John did everything in his power to give us the opportunity to see the big five.
Overall, it was once in a lifetime journey!

Lovely experience
We had a fantastic 4-day, 3-night safari with JungleRoam, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I traveled with my 66-year-old mother, and everything was well organized from the moment we were picked up in Nairobi until we were dropped off back in the city.
Our guide, Bryan, was excellent. He was always friendly, spoke very good English, drove safely, and worked hard to make sure we had the best wildlife sightings possible. Thanks to him, we were lucky enough to see the entire Big Five, which was one of the highlights of our trip.
The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and included hot water. Most of the lodges also had Wi-Fi. The only exception was the lodge inside the Masai Mara Reserve, where Wi-Fi was only available in the dining area and lobby, but that is understandable considering the remote location.
The food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included every day, and most meals were served as buffets with a good variety of options. One day we had a packed lunch because we spent the whole day exploring the park, which allowed us to maximize our game drive time.
The safari itself was incredible. Seeing so many buffaloes and zebras in the wild was amazing, and the sunsets over the Masai Mara were absolutely breathtaking. We also witnessed part of the Great Migration, although only a few zebras crossed the river during our visit. Even so, it was a very special experience.
The only minor downside was the condition of some of the roads, which can be quite rough. However, this is part of the adventure and something to expect when visiting such a remote natural area.
Overall, the tour met our expectations and offered excellent value for money. It was well organized, punctual, and suitable for travelers of different ages—even my mother enjoyed every day of the experience.
I would definitely recommend JungleRoam to couples, families, solo travelers, and anyone looking for a well-planned safari in Kenya. Thank you, Bryan and the JungleRoam team, for making this trip so memorable!

Whole week of fun
The whole trip was very good from the beginning to the end. Our guide Tribon was flexible to accommodate everyone's wishes and was also very knowledgeable about all animals, which he could spot for us easily. We were able to see everything you can imagine, including the big 5. Good value for money by mixing medium and higher end accommodations.
On top of all, we shared endless number of jokes with Tribon and our fellow travelers. Had a very fun week.

The itinerary was well-planned, and the overall experience was good.
We were able to see most of the common large animals, but what we needed to see were more exciting herds of animals. That depends on luck. We sat in the car for too long, and it seemed we didn't have a chance to interact with the animals, which was a bit of a shame.
