Fantastic Kilimanjaro trek with Tuliza and Spirit
I did the Lemosho route to Uhuru summit solo. Originally planned to do 7 days, but agreed with my guide Tuliza to do it in 5 days if I was able to acclimatise and therefore have more time in Zanzibar at the end of my trek. I did do it in 5 days and Tuliza and his team were fantastic - great communication, information and problem solving from Tuliza and great food from the chef. Would thoroughly recommend Spirit and Tuliza in particular. It was a great experience generally and doing it in January with no rain and a clear summit every morning maximised the experience.
Note: one piece of feedback would be improved communication ahead of the trek, including with respect to how I could pay the balance - I had to pay the balance + 6% in fees a few days before the trek because I paid via card. Had I known this earlier I would have made arrangements to withdraw cash (& withdrawing such a large amount on vacation in Tanzania is not easy).

Friendly and fun. What a great crew!
My partner and I had a great time on a 3 day trip on Kilimanjaro staying at Mandara hut and Horumbo hut. Tuliza our chief guide was very knowledgeable about the mountain and did a great job of organising us and the team.
We didn't have sleeping bags but he was able to sort that for us very quickly causing no delay to us starting the hike.
We had a crew of 7: Chief guide (Tuliza), Assistant guide (Nicholas), a chef, a waiter (Jackson) and 3 porters. I would highly recommend them for any Kilimanjaro adventures. hopefully we can come back and summit with them in the future!
We had a great hike through a variety of terrain and conditions and although we didn't summit enjoyed chatting to other climbers about their adventures to the peak.
Our taxi driver was waiting for us at the Tarakea border crossing from Kenya on arrival and at the Marungu gate when we finished. He drove very safely in his clean and air conditioned car

Great experience
I recently had the incredible opportunity to trek Mount Kilimanjaro with this amazing company, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment I first reached out for information, their customer service was outstanding—clear, prompt, and very helpful. The guides (Shafii) were highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the mountain. They ensured our safety and comfort every step of the way, and their positive energy kept us motivated even on the toughest stretches.

Beyond expectations
We did a 4-day/3-night safari
Vincent has been our guide for the whole tour. If we had such a great experience, it’s mostly because of him. Fun and caring, you can tell he is very experienced. We relied on him (suggestions on the best time to start the tours in the morning, suggestions on when it was best to move on to a different site) and this made the whole experience very successful. Big shoutout to Vincent! We saw zebras, giraffes, elephants, hippos, crocs, buffalos, wildbeasts, hedgehogs, hyenas, …. We saw packs of cheetas, more than once. We saw packs of lions, many times. And we saw the mighty leopard, which is very tricky to find and only with an expert guide like Anthony we could succeed in seeing it. Emotional.

I visited Tanzania in October 2024 when I planned this long in advance. After a thorough research of the offers of agents that offer trips to Mt.Kilimanjaro and Safari, I went on the recommendation of my friends who climbed Kilimanjaro in January. For me, this trip was different from my normal trips because it was going to a tourist area that I normally try to avoid, ie tourist traps, scams and everything associated with an exposed tourist place await you. My choice fell on Spirit of Kilimanjaro and I got in touch with William directly. From the beginning, i.e. half a year before arrival, communication was excellent, any request I had was heard and immediately incorporated into the itinerary. What was nice was that the communication worked even on the day of arrival when we were connected online from the plane and so the pick-up at the airport took place without any problems. It is unnecessary to write every detail of my stay which included climbing Kilimanjaro and visiting the Safari in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro parks. Everything went smoothly. What I have to pick up was the response to my any request for change in the itinerary that was pre-set. It was no problem for William to respond to anything and set it up according to my current requirements and my condition. What was absolutely most important to me was the real friendly approach on a personal level, where I did not feel for a moment that any change I made in the program would be immediately evaluated by a change in price or so. Unfortunately you are in the tourist area of Moshi, Kilimanjaro and at every turn everyone tries to sell you somehow, this was great in the behavior of William and Spirit of Kilimanjaro, they did not give me this feeling. Finally, the most important thing - if I come back to Tanzania and think about climbing Kilimajaro again, I know I'm calling William, there no other way. Thank you William and thanks to Rafael.

Amazing
Thanks to Spirit of Kilimanjaro and their fantastic team. We booked a 7 day private tour and the guides Rama, Tuliza and the rest of the crew took great care of us and guided us to the top. Every meals were delicious and all 10 members(Rama/Tuliza, Chef, waiter and 6 porters) were very kind and took care of us professionally. The service from the porter team was also exceptional. I picked Spirit of Kilimanjaro for my hike because I found they had a very competitive price for the hike as well as excellent reviews.

Spirit of Kilimanjaro will make your trip unforgettable
I booked a hike to Mount Kilimanjaro (Uhuru Peak) with this company. I was traveling with my three brothers and my 70 year old father. Given his age, we were all worried we would not be able to make it to the top. William assigned us just the right guide to make it happen. All of the staff was outstanding from day one and dedicated to making our journey unforgettable. Our guide (Antipas) suggested some key adjustments to our initial itinerary and took every step possible to ensure our success. The equipment and the food was also amazing. Our experience was so good that we ended up booking a Safari tour with Spirit and it was as great and the trekking experience. Excellent Kilimanjaro hike - highly recommend!
I highly recommend Spirit of Kilimanjaro if you're planning to summit Kili! i did the 7 day Lemosho route. I had an incredible experience and was very well looked after by the whole team. They were all very professional yet friendly. My guide, Sanke, was excellent and without him I would not have made it to the summit. He also shared lots of interesting facts about the environment, history and culture of the mountain and its surroundings throughout the hike. Hussain, the chef, was excellent and every meal was delicious and portions very generous (you need it due to all the calories burnt hiking). The service from the porter team was also exceptional. I picked Spirit of Kilimanjaro for my hike because I found they had a very competitive price for the hike as well as excellent reviews, and I can confirm my experience with them lived up to those reviews!

Amazing and Awesome Safari Experience
We took a 3 days safari it was an amazing experience with Spirit of Kilimanjaro and Safari. The team truely did their best to make sure we enjoyed the experience I would personally give them a ten over ten. It was our first Experience here in Tanzania but we will surely do it again.
