Very good service, friendly and well informed guide
We went on a 8-day safari with Sakey Safaris and everything worked out perfectly. From the airport transfers to our Safari Guide, we were very happy with our drivers and fell in love with Tanzania. Although we had high expectations for our trip (because we dreamed about it for more then 10 years), Sakey Safaris met all our expectations and therefore we are more then happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable tour operator.

Exceptional service - well crafted balance of sightseeing, relaxation and cultural immersion
Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the destination. Faraja and team were very friendly and professional through out our trip. The logistics were seamless, transportation was comfortable and punctual, accommodations were charming and well-appointed, and dining options showcased the region's culinary. It was so worth it!! I look forward to booking my next excursion with them in the near future.

Sakey Safaris really made my trip to Tanzania last November something special. It was awesome being picked up on time in their clean Land Cruiser. Our guide, Jordan, was super friendly and had an amazing ability to spot wildlife. The ride to Tarangire National Park was filled with great stories about Tanzania and what we were about to see. Jordan knew so much about the animals, and his patience on the game drive meant we even got to see a leopard, which I heard is pretty rare! The lunch they prepared for us was surprisingly good – a warm and tasty meal right in the middle of our safari was just perfect. I'm already looking forward to going back to TZ, and I'd definitely recommend Sakey Safaris to anyone. 100% worth it!

Amazing experience, best trip ever !
We were on a Safari with Sakey Safari March 2024. We had an excellent experience, our guide Faraja was friendly,well informed, helpful and very good driver with an excellent knowledge of every aspect of the bush. Safari trip truly blew our minds.

An Unforgettable Safari with an Exceptional Local Team
We chose this agency for our 6-day safari in Tanzania, and we can say with absolute certainty that we made the right choice.
The safari was simply spectacular. We visited Tarangire, the Serengeti for 3 days, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara, as well as having the incredible experience of a hot-air balloon ride over the Serengeti. We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five and many other animals, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
A special thank you goes to our guide, Fanueli (Fanu), who was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely kind, helpful and professional, and above all, she showed an incredible amount of experience and knowledge of the parks. She had an amazing eye during the game drives: on one occasion, she spotted a rhino that I couldn’t even see through my 150-600mm lens! 😂
We also really appreciated the presence of the owner, Faraja, who personally welcomed us when we arrived in Arusha and came to say goodbye when we left. It was a lovely touch and made us feel looked after from beginning to end.
Another major strength is the value for money. Before booking, we contacted 5 other agencies, and this one was by far the most affordable, while still offering us a complete and very well-organized experience.
This is a genuine local agency based in Arusha, and in our opinion, that is a huge advantage. We had a direct, personal and friendly relationship with them throughout the trip, and we never felt like we were simply “another customer.”
We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-organized, authentic Tanzanian safari with an excellent value for money.
