Worst Experience Ever
I believe this ccompany could be fraudulent and running illegally with a revoked tourist license. Please I recommend do not book here under any circumstance I cannot express how much I regret doing so as at the time I had booked they had a valid tourism license that was revoked for using unlicensed guides/vehicles which is exactly what had happened to me. I did not receive the itinerary, vehicle, or driver I had paid for. I was told that my original driver and vehicle was in an accident the day before which I was initially very accommodating of but did not realize that the company had lost their license for this exact bait and switch. This company also runs under the name Thinkscene Services LTD which is how I learned about the revoked tourist license as naturally this was not disclosed to me. I personally did not receive the itinerary planned and initially the company offered me a refund of $250 which was not at all adequate for what I had paid. I had to fight tooth and nail for this refund for over 2 months and the company still shorted me $72 on this $250 due to 'wire transfer fees' and issues with accounting. 4 months later I'm still so mad about the complete disregard shown by Philip that I'm choosing now to write this review. Please do not book.

The trip is excellent and worth every pennies!
I booked this trip with my friend. We are 4 group of people. At first we are worry because this is our first experince, but they make sure you got the best experience. The payment is definitely secure and no hassle. 3 days experience is worth every penny!!
They also provide service to drop to your hotel too. When we face trouble with our hotel arrangement, Phillip's help really means a lot for us. They really are going extra miles for us.
The safari is best!! We got to see big 5 animal and it is really fun to see wild life in their habitat. Louis ensure our safety while we watched them near.

Perfect
Philip was great and really helpful, especially since I was traveling solo. He made sure I was always okay. The driver, Isaac, was very experienced, and the camp that ThinkSceneSafaris chose for me was perfect. I loved every second of my trip and I was very well taken care of.

I had a really great time with ThinkScene Safaris. The trip was well organized, the guide was friendly, and the price was very fair for what we got. We saw the Big 4 in Masai Mara, which was incredible!

My only small advice is to bring some snacks or food with you, just to have more options during the day. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend them!

Impressive experience
I have a very good trip in Kenya with ThinkScene Safari for 7 days. Tents and hotels are clean and organized. Our tour guide is very responsible and experienced. In addition, Thinkscene Safari can always reply my email in 2 hours, which I really appreciate! I hope they will have good business in the future.
