Mike's professionalism put us at ease during the itinerary planning stage, especially since he could communicate with us via WeChat, which made communication incredibly easy. From discussing our needs to finalizing the itinerary, he perfectly captured our expectations. He tailored the itinerary to a balance of classic and unique elements, and the daily schedule was well-paced, ensuring we didn't miss out on key sights while still giving us ample time to experience them. Even the accommodation and dining options were tailored to our dietary preferences, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
Our guide, Rama, made this safari truly unique. Not only was he an experienced driver who could handle the bumpy savanna roads with ease, he was also an expert in animal and nature knowledge. With his keen insight, he helped us spot numerous wildlife, including the "Big Five," and even captured precious moments like lions resting with their cubs and cheetahs lurking on the hunt. Even more remarkable is his unwavering respect for the animals, never disturbing them. He patiently explained the habits and ecology of each species, allowing us to explore beyond the surface. The tranquility of the savannah at sunrise, the golden glow of sunset illuminating the silhouettes of giraffes, and the occasional sightings of cheetahs and hyenas hunting—all of these memories, thanks to his guidance, have become unforgettable, like stepping into a vivid nature documentary.
Sereland's amenities are also excellent. The comfortable vehicles are equipped with charging ports and a mini-fridge, and Mike also provided us with plenty of drinks and local beer, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable long safari.
From the initial planning to the on-site experience, Sereland exemplified the essence of high-quality safari service with professionalism and dedication. Amazing
Had the most amazing experience with sereland safari, we did a 2 day luxury safari to taragire and the ngorongoro crater. Mike sorted everything from our pick up from the hotel to our flights and accommodation, even champagne to celebrate the occasion. Our driver Barack was not only knowledgeable but funny, kind and looked after us better than we thought possible, he asked our favorite animals and got just as excited as we where when he finally found them for us, and he did find them. For a relatively new company mike showed us that he deserves to be the best safari provider in the business. He gave me and my partner the best 2 days of our life's so far. We cant thank them enough

Sereland Africa Safaris is a topnotch operator with super nice staff
We booked a 4 day safari experience by Sereland. Everything run smoothly, great customer service and all in all very nice staff and everything was well taken care of. We had incredible accomodations in escarpment luxury lodge at Lake Manyara and Four Seasons Serengeti. Both were with outstanding views and beautiful rooms. In the 4 day tour we got to see Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater with the best driver guide Juma. Both our tour operator Mike and our guide Juma are the best in the business and I can recommend this company and these people with a hand in my heart that if you chose them you won't regret it!

Mike provided a quick reply service and a full private tour which catered to all our needs and with extra touches for my birthday. Our second safari. This time a 1 night fly in/out from Zanzibar to Tarangire and Ngorongoro. Sereland Safaris from initial contact showed themselves to be fantastic and professional. Mike answered all questions we had quickly and the entire trip was seamless and perfectly organised. Mr Rama our guide couldn’t have been any better - knowledgeable, funny and looked after us as if we were family. We are already planning a longer return and will be using Sereland again.

Our Guide Rama made sure we saw the BIG FIVE, a wilderbeast migration, a crocodile hunting Zebras, Elephants chasing a lion, A leopard jumping on the tree. Even though I have been on a Safari before , Sereland gave me a whole new experience which I shall live to remember.
We also did a hot air balloon safari which was one for the books. We had bush breakfast in and I personally had a few glasses of champagne 🍾
The entire four days trip was filled with adventurous moments which can never be put in words.
I recommend Sereland Africa Safaris and do not forget to ask for Rama the Guide.

Unforgettable 4-Day Safari with Sereland African Safaris
My husband and I recently completed a 4-day/3-night safari with Sereland African Safaris, and it truly exceeded every expectation we had. Several coworkers had recommended the team, and we are so grateful they did the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
From our very first message, the communication with Jose was outstanding. He responded to our questions immediately, was always available to talk, and made us feel completely supported throughout the planning process. He even picked us up from the Arusha airport and brought us to our hotel, setting the tone for how seamless the entire safari would be.
Thanks to our incredible guide, David, we managed to see the Big Five and so much more. His knowledge, calm confidence, and incredible ability to spot wildlife made every game drive exciting. We visited Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater and everywhere we went, we saw an amazing amount of wildlife, often very close to our vehicle.
Our chef, Dennis, spoiled us with delicious meals every day. We were always well-fed, whether it was a hearty breakfast, a beautifully prepared lunch, or a fabulous dinner complete with our choice of beer or wine. His food made our camp experiences feel even more special.
Camping in the Serengeti and near the Ngorongoro Crater was unforgettable. The Sereland African Safaris team handled all the setup and takedown of our tents, and the camping equipment was excellent the sleeping foams were surprisingly comfortable and the sleeping bags kept us warm through the cool nights.
We would not hesitate for a moment to do another safari with Sereland African Safaris, and we will continue to recommend them to anyone considering a safari in Tanzania. Even after the safari, Jose went above and beyond by arranging our shuttle to Kenya at the best price and helping us secure an affordable room on our return to Arusha.
