Excellent safari experience beyond our expectations
We were very pleased Ben and Aurelie of E-Trip Africa . They were happy to answer all of our questions and gave us comprehensive information on costs and other safari details. Also the small details were taken care of or provided such as car wifi ,camera bean bags and guide books to enhance the experience. Our guides Patrick and Yusuph in Uganda and Tanzania were first rate so we had plenty of laughs while learning the culture and of course about the magnificent animals and scenery. A wonderful trip and great memories . Can't wait to return in the future.

Trip of a Lifetime!
My wife and I have just returned from an incredible adventure in East Africa, thanks to E-Trip Africa. Their staff listened carefully to what we wanted to do, where we wanted to go and how much we wanted to spend, and were very patient as the trip evolved through several itineraries. E-Trip Africa was very flexible, even accommodating our desire to visit a mission we support in Rwanda. We were well prepared for our departure - all of our questions were answered and they even helped us with some last-minute passport problems. Their expertise with East Africa was evident in how well our destinations and activities fit together. Our in-country guides were professional, friendly, proactive and did everything possible to satisfy our needs and desires. E-Trip Africa's General Manager took time out of his schedule to meet us mid-trip upon our arrival in Kenya and was in daily communication with our guides to ensure everything was going as planned (which it was). We can't stop talking about everything we did and saw, and the wonderful people we met - or the 1200 pictures we took! If you are considering a vacation to East Africa, we strongly suggest you consider E-Trip Africa - they provide great value and will do everything possible to ensure a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We give them our highest recommendation.

Fantastic private safari experience at a mid-range price!
This was our third trip to Africa and the entire safari experience with eTripAfrica was the best ever! The booking process was outstanding due to the detailed information provided and the ease of all communications. The itinerary designed by eTripAfica met our needs perfectly. The knowledge and care provided by our driver/guide was absolutely the best. The wildlife in the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro crater far surpassed our expectations. The accommodations provided, even the tented camps, were perfect for us. The attention by the staff at all locations was excellent. Meals were surprisingly good. The box lunches provided allowed maximum game viewing which was a real plus. Yes, we saw lions, cheetahs, leopards, wildebeest, gazelles, etc. We hope to return and will certainly use eTripAfrica again if we are fortunate enough to do so!
Our first African Safari was Amazing - thanks to E-Trip Africa!
Our first trip to Kenya was amazing and we are so glad we booked our trip with E-Trip Africa. We booked a five night safari and E-Trip was very helpful and in communication with us every step of the way. They worked with us to make our trip exactly what we wanted it to be. They even arranged for transportation before and after our safari. The safari was an amazing experience. It was a trip of a lifetime. We highly recommend E-Trip Africa for booking a safari and would use them again without hesitation!

Tanzania Northern Circle Safari
Just completed a wonderful weeklong trip to Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire Safari with e-Trip Africa. Great experience, every detail was handled and prepared properly. Ben Jennings is great, our guide/driver David knew where to go, what to look for and get us to and from the camp safely no matter the weather.
We saw all we wanted to see. Will definitely do it again with them.

Great Experience for Rwanda Trip
I am so happy I used E-Trip Africa for my trip to Rwanda they were fantastic. They were very responsible and helpful before the trip communicating via email (my contact was Ben) as well as during my trip (my driver was Edmond). They organized Kigali pickup/drop-off, genocide museum, and trip to the mountains which included hotel, gorilla, and monkey trek. It was all amazing, thanks to them!

I am extremely grateful to Etrip, especially to Ben who perfected the itinerary and planning of this wonderful safari at a very reasonable price. Ben was so kind as to suggest stopping over at his office (when we decided not to stay in the IKA Lodge) to have a shower, rest up, and have dinner prepared by his B&B landlord.
To our gifted guide/driver David who was well versed in a lot of subjects. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable experience. Witnessing the river migration 2x at the Masai Mara was really amazing.
The land cruise was in perfect condition; enable to charge your electronics ; a free Wifi access; a library with Safari guide books and binoculars!

Our first safari and everything was great!
E-Trip Africa was recommended to me by a close friend who had been to Tanzania many times. I was pleasantly surprised that Ben was able to organize an excellent itinerary that fit our short eight day window of time. We took a three day safari and then a few days at the beach at a place called Lazy Lagoon. Ben handled everything very professionally and visited us several times during our time in Tanzania to make sure things were going as planned. Our guide/driver (David) was fantastic. He had tremendous driving skills and the strength to navigate the rough roads. This was combined with fantastic wildlife knowledge.

Serengeti Safari Exceeds Expectations
We arrived on August 27, left on Sept. 6. The whole time everything worked to perfection. Our guide, David of E-trip Africa, was professional, fun and very efficient. He was lots of fun and extremely knowledgable about animals, their habits and where to find them. I don't think we missed any. The communications were timely and very helpful, especially the packing list. The flashlights were especially needed. We enjoyed all our stays and the food and personnel we encountered. We saw so many dramatic moments in the life cycles of the animals that I know I will never forget it. The Toyota Land Cruiser was magnificent how it handled the challenging roads with no problems and The binocs he had were great. This truly was the trip of a lifetime.

Unforgatable, instructive and very well organized
It was more exiting than my expectations. Our guide was very friendly and learned us a lot of things about wild life and masai or Irakwu tribes. Transfers well organized. Our itinerary also permitted us to discovers many of differents landscapes and animals. Good communication, nice accommodations. It's a company I recommend, they assist you during your trip and they give you few options accordingly to your expectations. It was an amazing trip. thank you to the team.
