A perfect safari experience
Our driver, Alladin, cheerfully met us at our hotel and took care of absolutely everything for our 3-day safari. His truck was immaculate and even re-cleaned inside and out before every morning's game drive. Alladin is an excellent and safe driver which means a lot if you've ever spent much time on Tanzanian roads. His patience and skill at navigating both the roads and the game trails was greatly valued by us. Alladin was also graciously flexible to our party's eccentricities and last minute requests. The accommodations selected and arranged by E-Trip Africa were fabulous and a perfect fit for our interests. The new tented lodge in the Tarangire game park was a real treat! The wildlife was in full abundance and we had the privilege of seeing many very young animals. Alladin completely knew the parks by memory and got us to see everything we were hoping for.

Expertly Organised and Top Quality
My Dad and myself have been on many safaris over the years. It would be hard to beat Etrip on so many levels. First the organisation and advice from Ben. Second the high quality modern safari vehicle. Last, and most of all, David our guide. In over 20 safaris in various countries i think he was the best i met. There had been a lot of rain and yet he knew where and how to pass any wet ground. Other guides were asking his advice. Eagle eyed and very knowledgeable. And to top it off a really nice guy. Overall we had another great trip with Etrip. We will be back.

Custom Private Safari at great value
We have heard from a group of friends going on a custom safari tour in Tanzania before. Last year my son booked on the same custom private tour after analyzing several other tour operators and also select E-Trip Africa for the specific and selected itinerary with the specific selection of lodging facilities. And they are still the lowest and most reasonable. So this year we organize the same trip for 6 of us. The booking, communication and coordination are very professionally, and as Americans we pay at its office in Chicago. It is an end-to-end arrangement, with the pickup from arrival, an overnight at the associated Researchers Rest B&B (a clean, comfortable and safe tropical plantation style lodging), the 8-day safari tour (covering our selection for Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Ndutu, Seregenti and Ngorongoro Crater), back to the same B&B and lastly the transfer to the airport. Everything is up to our expectations, and we are fortunate to be right in the middle of the migration for 3 days, seeing millions of wildebeests, zebras and few thousands of giraffes, all going together for miles and miles. The safari cruiser is clean and comfortable, our driver guide, David, is superb with his driving skills and field guide. He is very accommodating to our request, especially we are photographers. Calling to the local office in Arusha is quite easy with either US or local phone numbers. We can speak directly to the owner/operators. You can actually select the level of lodging amenities depending upon your budget.
Strongly recommended outfit if you are considering a safari tour in Tanzania.

Smooth as silk. Excellent guide -- at the "ready" at all times.
Overall, a Grand Experience! We visited two parks, and stayed in two different overnight facilities -- one a "tent" camp, and the other a 5* hotel. Guide was very knowledgeable -- about where we could see various animals and birds, and in identifiying them, with a lot of detailed background details. Clean and comfortable vehicle for over-the-road travel, and on the very "demanding" park roads.
Well done. I am happy to recommend this outfit to anyone considering one of their trips/expeditions.

Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar Trip of a Life Time
My wife and I went on a trip of a life time on a Safari in beautiful Tanzania and then to the resorts in Zanzibar at the tail end of our trip. Suffice it to say, Ben and the entire staff of ETrip did a wonderful job and made our trip a memorable one, filled with adventure, excitement and exploration.
The communications and organization before the trip was Outstanding and thorough which made our trip hassle free. Once we got there and picked up at the airport, the careful planning and meticulous service by the staff made a world of difference to us as we were able to immerse into the marvelous experience and not worried about the details.
From the herd migration and birthings, to the big FIVE, from beautiful vistas to the Serengeti, sunrise to sunset, mating elephants to lions right after a kill, we saw it all and of course took thousands of pictures as afforded by the open top vehicle we were in. Then capping it off, we relaxed by the pool and the beach right off the Z Hotel for several days before heading back to home.
Needless to say, the entire tour exceeded our expectations and we will never forget the hospitality of Tanzania and Zanzibar as long as we live. Thank you Ben and your crew for a FABULOUS job. We definitely recommend you and your team to all of our friends and contacts.

Amazing, Seamless, Educational
The entire trip experience was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The upfront planning and communication was clear and comprehensive - we were fully prepared. In Africa we were greeted by Eddie, whom we wish to name specifically, because of his superior service ethic, English language mastery, culinary skills, and friendliness. Our Guide for the safari was David, who, like Eddie was very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our entire group. We saw many other companies represented on the Safari and spoke with other travelers. A lovely organised safari trip in Tanzania!
Ben is very responsive in our email correspondence and he tailored the trip to our needs. We wanted a safari trip in Tanzania which ended in a beach resort in Zanzibar. He managed to fit in all the activities we wanted to do and booked for us comfortable accommodations throughout the trip.
Our guide Alladin is very knowledgeable and experienced so we managed to learn the names of the variety of animals we spotted on our journey. Alladin also kept us safe and took good care of us during the trip.
It is a very memorable trip for us and I think Alladin has us hooked to safaris! In fact we want to plan another safari trip but this time in Sri Lanka!
We will definitely be back in Africa with E-Trip's Ben and Alladin should we have the opportunity to fly to Africa in the near future!

Best Honeymoon Experience Ever!
Everything about this company is 5 star! Ben helped us to craft the perfect itinerary that included everything we wanted to see and experience on our honeymoon. He was patient and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. From the moment we arrived in the airport, everything was taken care of with unbelievable service and the best accommodations we've ever had while traveling. We saw everything we wanted to and more thanks to our safari driver, David, who is a VERY experienced driver within the parks. David took the time to point out things we never would have spotted and provided a great deal of information to us.
The second half of our honeymoon was in Zanzibar and was just as special as the safari. E-Trip Africa really went above and beyond for us and we will be booking with them again on any future trips! Best tour company we have ever used!

Our trip to climb Kilimanjaro, go on safari and go to Zanzibar through E-Trip Africa was amazing!!!
Pre trip Ben and Aurelie were very responsive. They would return emails/ phone calls promptly and answered all of our questions fully. All of the arrangements that they made for us in Tanzania exceeded our expectations. They worked with us to customize the trip to be exactly what we wanted, from number of days in each section of the trip, to types of accommodations, they addressed questions we didn't even know we had. Their first hand experience was invaluable. Having never been to Tanzania we relied on them to ensure we had a safe, comfortable and enjoyable trip, and they delivered 10 fold.
First we did an 8-day climb up Kilimanjaro. The two nights before the climb we stayed at the Stella Maris hotel which supported a local school. The staff was warm and welcoming, the accommodations were comfortable and the food was delicious! During our climb it's probable that we had the best guides, Andrew and Rama (who combined have summited Kilimanjaro 500 times!) and porters on the mountain. They were incredibly knowledgable and professional as well as warm and patient. We absolutely couldn't have made it to the top without every one of them.
After the climb, though we were no longer staying there, the staff at Stella Maris opened a room for us to let us shower and change before heading off to the Researcher's Rest lodge for a night before heading off on safari. Little unexpected touches like this were peppered throughout our trip and really made the experience that much better. At Researchers Rest we encountered more lovely accommodations and staff. They even let us do laundry! Our Safari guide, David, picked us up for a 5 day safari the next day. Yet again, a very knowledgeable and fun guide with 25 years in the field. His experience really paid off as he was able to spot animals we wouldn't even have known were there. He easily identified all the animals and found them in the guide books so we could learn more about them. We had worked with Ben and Aurelie ahead of time on what kind of lodging we wanted in each of the parks and were more than satisfied with all the accommodations. We stayed in 2 tented lodges that were wonderful -- they heated water for showers and provided delicious meals in the dining tent. We were expecting to rough it but that was not at all the case.
Getting to Zanzibar was easy as Ben & Aurelie had set up flights directly from the Serengeti, meaning we didn't have to drive all the way back to JRO. We stayed in 2 hotels in Zanzibar, 1 in Stone Town and 1 on the north west coast. Both were beautiful and truly made us feel pampered. Again, transportation was seamless, accommodations were clean, safe and comfortable.
We would not hesitate to travel with E-Trip Africa in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who wants personalized service by knowledgeable professionals at a reasonable price.
