Prompt, responsive, well organized
They were very quick to respond to all of our requests and questions, and organized our trip relatively last minute with no issues. Our guide, Shem, was fantastic. He gave us the best experience, really put in the effort to show us what we wanted to see, was able to answer all of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour, and felt that they were a very reliable company.

We witnessed 2 black Rhinoceros close up — a rare moment in the Masi Mara that left us completely speechless.
