Friendly, responsive and knowledgeable!
5/5

We did a 4 day safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire and had a wonderful time!

The company was very responsive prior to the departure, answering all our questions via WhatsApp usually within an hour. The cars were comfortable and it was possible to charge phones and cameras while driving (only negative thing was that some of the seats had no seatbelts). The camping sites were simple, but that was a part of the experience! Camping in the wild really made it feel like an adventure (we had lion, cheetah and elephants wandering around close to the campsites!).

Big thanks to our fantastic guide Victor! He was extremely knowledgeable and did everything he could to give us the best experience possible. And thank you to our chef Bill Gates who cooked great food for us during the trip!

Professional, fun and safe
5/5

Big thank you to our guide Victor and chef “Bill Gates”.

Victor is super knowledgable about all the animals, owing to being both professionally trained and growing up in Ngorongo crater. He would constantly spot and identify animals at a great distance while driving. He’s also fun and friendly. Speaks very good English!

He is also a very safe and confident driver despite very though conditions such as overflowing rivers and meter high water at some crossings.

Bill Gates cooked local food for us during the trip, tasty and simple. There was always plenty of food so everyone could eat as much as they liked. They provided water and toilet paper.

The camps we stayed in were simple and clean. One lacked electricity so be sure to bring power banks. Sleeping bags were clean, good temperature and tents were of good quality.

The car had power outlets. Half of the seat belts were missing, which is not uncommon in Tanzania. In the parks this isn’t really a problem but on the drive to and from I would prefer to have functioning seat belts.

Communication before the trip was professional and informative.
