Amazing safari in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro
5/5

We had booked our 6 day safari with Bramwel safaris about a year in advance and they took care of everything for us. William was always there to help us plan out our safari because our dates were not flexible, reaching Bramwle by email or telephone is very simple and the staff are really helpful.

Our port of arrival and departure was Nairobi airport in Kenya and Bramwel were so kind to arrange for our transportation to Arusha and our safari guide Gideon and William were at the bus stop in Arusha at 8 in the evening waiting for us to take us to our hotel for the night and we were in for a big surprise as we were alone on our safari and this was a bonus for our honeymoon.

We visited Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and all the Sopa Lodges booked by Bramwel were exclusive and gorgeous hotels, with wifi services also.

Gideon, our tour guide was very keen on our experience within the Serengeti and was well informed about the animals and very enthusiastic to show us the beauty of the plains of Africa.

After 6 days of an unforgettable experience, I must say that Bramwel left us with a very good taste of Tanzania and with an appetite for coming back to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro for another nourishing adventure.

I recommend Bramwel to anyone wanting to visit Tanzania.

Fantastic Safari with Bramwell - Highly recommend!
5/5

I went on a three-day/two-night safari with two friends to Tarangire National Park, Ngorogoro Crater and Lake Manyara with Bramwell Safaris. We overnighted at Sun Bright Campsite both nights which is located just a few minutes from the entrance to Lake Manyara National Park. Our driver and guide, Mark, was excellent, funny, had 10 years of experience and was happy to oblige our requests as to our movements in the national parks. The land cruiser vehicle was very comfortable, didn't break down at all and even had outlets so we could recharge our mobiles and cameras if the batteries ran low. Our cook, Josephat, was an absolutely lovely man and I ate extremely well under his care. I was very impressed with his dishes despite not having a real kitchen at his disposal. William, our safari agent, was very friendly and professional. He replied to emails very quickly and followed-up with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well (he even picked us up from the bus station when we arrived in Arusha and made sure we made it to our next destination safely). I thought the trip was great value for money (we had researched quotes from 6+ different safari tour operators and Bramwell came back with the best quote) and we saw a lot of animals, I felt safe the entire time, I ate really well and slept like a baby! I will definitely recommend Bramwell to family and friends when they consider safaris to Tanzania.

Fantastic!
5/5

It was a great experience traveling with Bramwel for a 3-day Safari in Ngorogoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and Tarangeri. The beauty of landscapes, animals, and Masai culture is breathtaking. Our guide, Mark is very nice and experienced. He know the animals well and helped us spot all sorts of animals, ranging from lions, giraffes, elephants, to baboons and even bush babies. Our amazing chef, Josephet was feeding us well. We had the best food for these three days since we got in Tanzania after 2 months. The campsite we stayed in was beautiful, clean and comfortable, they even had hot shower! The manager William was super nice and helpful, and most important of all, he gave us a good price.
I would recommend it to anyone and I'm planning on going on a Kilimanjaro Trekking with them.

Hakuna Matata!
5/5

My wife and I booked our honeymoon with Bramwel Safaris through William. From start to finish our experience was fantastic. William handled all of our arrangements, connecting flights, accommodations and guide and everything was absolutely perfect. Our guide Joshua, was outstanding. A true expert with the animals and a most pleasant person to be with for 6 days. The accommodations William arranged were also perfect in everyway and much more than we had expected. Honestly, I can't speak highly enough about our travel in Tanzania. The country is beautiful. The people wonderful and gracious and of course.. the safari experience was amazing.

Bramwel Safaris - Best Safari Operator, Amazing Safari
5/5

I came across Bramwel Safaris Contact, as I was researching what company to choose for our safari. Bramwel Safaris is a fairly small family-owned local tour operator. The manager, William, is very experienced, very helpful and reliable (he usually answered our emails within a few hours).

We spent 3 days in Serengeti and it was definitely the most exciting park of all. Ngorongoro was fascinating as well, but it lacks the vastness and diversity of Serengeti. Lake Manyara is a rather small Park; Tarangire is different again. It is a very large park with a very high density of elephants and an interesting hilly landscape (with many lookouts on the lower plains) along the Tarangire River. Arusha National Park is interesting as well, particularly for "speed visitors": You can do a 1-day safari from Arusha and spot many animals.

We had an unforgettable time in Tanzania with some fascinating insights into Tanzanian life and culture and incredibly interesting game drives. It was so far our most expensive holiday but it was worthwhile every dollar we paid. We will definitely come back to Tanzania and we will definitely go again with Bramwel Safaris.

Wonderful trip to Central Kalahari & Okavango Delta

We had our first safari experience of wild camping in Botswana with kalahari Marsh safaris led by Lucky who was reliable all the time to assist us. We came away feeling extremely satisfied with all our expectations met! It was our very first time in the wild with wild animals around us, yet,we felt safe. The chef, camp hand and guide were extremely good.

The tents were comfortable and safe as we slept on stretchers, mattress and blankets. The meals were gourmet in the middle of nowhere and our game drives were superlative! We experienced the best of Kalahari and its amazing views, photography and everything, soul satisfying at the Okavango delta. Mokoro experience was out of the world, especially the bush walk with amazing polars. Everything seemed so surreal. Going by the mokoro was a fabulous experience with hippos all around. Respect for wildlife was very much in place. There were no untoward problems and we returned completely satisfied. Lucky arranged our transfer to Livingstone and visit to Victoria falls, which was a great experience. The icing on the cake for us was our stay at Mowana, Kasane, also arranged by Kalahari Marsh Safaris. It was truly, truly exotic. We thank Lucky and his team for giving us our best experience in the wild.

Zanzibar- Abdurahman Muhammed
5/5

We had the privilege of using Adburahman as our Tour guide on our holiday to Zanzibar.. We engaged him as a driver for the entire 7 days. He was absolutely fantastic. We planned our trips each day and he drove us patiently from place to place. Where necessary he assisted us in finding a guide. It was beyond comforting each day to look up at a particular time to find him patiently waiting for us. He was never even 2 minutes late. If we wanted to stay longer at a particular place or wanted to leave early we just sent him a WhatsApp and he was there in minutes.

His services were incredibly well priced. We would highly recommend using him in Zanzibar.

The experience of a lifetime!
5/5

My husband (see Frank's review below), I, and our teenage daughter had an unforgettable 10 day safari and 3 day visit to Zanzibar. We began our trip with a lovely hike through Chagga villages to the Materuni waterfalls. This was followed by visits to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and Central and Northern Serengeti. Each park has something unique to offer and the landscapes are simply stunning.

Bramwel made all the arrangements (including internal flights) and the customer service provided was excellent. William was remarkably prompt and helpful and patiently responded to all our questions. We wanted to support a local Tanzanian company but were unsure who to trust. William provided us with several US references who emailed glowing reviews and this made all the difference to us. I can say without reservation that this is a company to be trusted. William stayed in touch with us throughout the trip to make sure that we were happy with all the arrangements. We chose a combination of lodges and tented camps which provided a good balance for us. Mara Under Canvas in Northern Serengeti in particular was gorgeous and provided an experience in the wilderness we will never forget.

The importance of a good guide cannot be over emphasized. Our guide Freddie was wonderful. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of animal behavior and Tanzanian customs. His english was excellent, he kept his Land Cruiser spotless, and we felt very safe in his hands. He went out of his way to locate animals for us and impressed us over and over again with his skill at spotting animals. We saw all the Big 5 and so much more! At the end of our trip, he was not only our guide but also our friend.

Zanzibar was fascinating. The Z Hotel was very comfortable located right on the beach with a warm and friendly staff. The detour to Zanzibar is well worth it and I highly recommend visits to Stone Town, the spice plantations, the Jozani Forest and the remarkable Rock restaurant.

Our trip to Tanzania exceeded all our expectations. It truly was an experience of a lifetime. I recommend Bramwel without hesitation and will most definitely use William's and Freddie's services again. I cannot wait to return to Tanzania!
