our first trip to namibia
Namibia for the first time, there should nothing go wrong. Therefore, we have asked different travel agencies for information. Impala Tours gave us the best information overall. We gave them our desired route and Andre gave us the first proposal for the lodges of our roundtrip in German! He also offered us a suitable jeep, because we wanted to drive ourselves. After some more exchange, we booked the tour with him.
The journey could begin. Andre picked us up at the airport, gave us the keys for the jeep and escorted us to the first hotel. At this time, he told us that there are some changes in the tour, which we did not like at the beginning. But these changes were very well thought out. At the tour, there was a perfect mix between deluxe and basic camping lodges, just as we wanted. Every lodge was special with his own flair.
If we had any questions, Andre was always available and could quickly help us. So, if you want to travel to Namibia ask Impala Tours, one of the best agencies to book a custom tour. We can only recommend Impala Tours and we will definitely come back to Namibia with support from Andre.

Our dream journey to Namibia
Thanks to Andres organization, our dream journey to Namibia fully met our expectations. The trip was put together according to our plans and wishes. Andre also brought us down back to earth again, when we wanted way too much. We are very thankful for the support, the provided information and all the answers to our questions. A wonderful journey with great experiences
Andre has arragend the journey perfectly to our requirements and expectations. After our arrival at the windhoek airport we were brought with the rented cars straight to the hotel. At the hotel we talked through the tour plans again in detail with Andre. It already became apparent there that there will be changes at the overnight stays. But at the end we realised that these changes suited quite well into our tour plans. The facilities of our lodges were a very good mix of different style´s. Every accomodation had it´s own charm. Andre was always available when needed and further questions were answered immediatly. All in all it was a very great holiday for us and we will definitely recommend Impala Tours.

Friendly service, knowledgde and a well grown network
Communication with Impala Tours has been simply brilliant. We had postspone the safari a month due to my illnes just a couple of days before our departure. The communication was simple and spot on,. no time lost and I think we saved a lot of money as it allowed us to be very ackurate and to act very fast. The safari itself was all that we cold wish for, close encounters with four of the big five and lots of other parts of the fauna and flora. THe service was excellent througout the trip which depend on a will to perform as well as a good knowledgde of which suppliers there are and which to choose. It,s also clear that the mix of the delta and Chobe shows that Impala Tours knows the areas very well.

Simply The BEST
Impala is the only way to go! This was our second, extended journey around Africa and, once again, our expectations were far exceeded. Last time we visited Namibia, Botswana & Zimbabwe, this time Namibia & South Africa; both trips were amazing and full of breathtaking variety. André (from Impala) put together the most amazing itinerary and every stop was a delight. He seems to know what we want and then find something even better; he also knows what we need before we know that we need it; every aspect is taken care of.
I've recommended Impala to dozens of people and we're already planning a return visit.

Unforgettable Namib desert tour !!

It was an amaging experience.
I was extremely impressed with the services being offered by Impala tours. They were very prompt in providing information & guidance. The accommodation and local transport arranged under the package was also of high standard. Most importantly the tour guide, Peter was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodative to our need. It was really a fantastic experience, the mother nature was marvelous giving us a feeling that we were in a different planet than earth.
