Kilimanjaro Select is a professional tour operator offering excellent mountain hiking and safari.
I had an absolutely fantastic trip across Tanzania booked through Kilimanjaro Select, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
This operator works with many Chinese travellers, which was really convenient for me. I reached out to the owner after arriving in the country, and their fair pricing and well-organised staffing made me confirm my Kilimanjaro climb straight away. Our climbing guides were incredibly responsible. I suffered badly from altitude sickness with almost no appetite during the hike, but they kept motivating me and took amazing care of me. I truly wouldn’t have made it to the summit without their support.
Right after our mountain expedition, they seamlessly arranged a 7-day shared safari for me. The owner offered excellent rates, including one of the cheapest hot air balloon safari prices I researched locally. I was lucky enough to get Tuma as my safari guide, who turned out to be the highlight of my wildlife tour.
Tuma is passionate, professional and reliable. We went out for full-day game drives daily from morning till evening. We saw every animal on our bucket list. He has an eye for spotting hidden wildlife and shared extensive knowledge about animal habits, acting as a walking wildlife guidebook. He also knew all the best photo spots with ideal lighting and helped us capture countless stunning photos.
Their customer service extended far beyond our scheduled tours. When I needed transport from Arusha to Moshi after the safari, the team gladly assisted me. The owner responds very quickly via WeChat and is always available to solve any problems at any time.
If I ever return to Tanzania, I will book with Kilimanjaro Select without a second thought. They are trustworthy, great value for money and deliver an outstanding experience overall.

Patient, communication well, Honest
Good points:
1.Well experience in kili climbing
2.main guide is professional and calm
3.Private toilet brings good experience
4.Service is good
5.good chief offered good meals
6.reliable in summit day by offer 3 guiders to 2 persons
Advice to help them get better:
1.tent get wet during the camping the team build a new one for us, if it can be checked in advance would be better
2.the hotels at beginning and end were not so satisfied but it is reasonable to consider the price as the operator said but I think next time they can make a clear list of price of everything the customer can consider to rise the price to get a better experience.
3.the skills and capabilities of photography of the guides are very important. When choose guide can consider that especially for the customers who needs good photos
4.vice guiders is also important, should choose who is not so old that we even worry about him/she

The best way to reach the summit and enjoy the journey!
We just came back down after reaching the summit of Kilimanjaro. There were five of us, ages 40 to 65, and we arranged everything through Kilimanjaro Select.
My review is very clear: this is the best company if your goal is to truly enjoy the mountain experience with highly professional guides.
The focus is on professionalism and a real connection with the mountain, not on a Disney-style, cheerleader tour like some other operators offer. I highly recommend this company and the team they work with.
The route, acclimatization days, and guides are perfectly suited for anyone to reach the summit.
I’ll be back!

Safe and reliable
The whole journey was very relaxing. The team leader was very professional. He successfully took me to the top and saw the beautiful sunrise. The food cooked by the chef was also very suitable. Everyone in the whole team was very good. He had a lot of care for us. Thank you very much for the help of the team and helped me realise my wish to reach the top. I also hope that the company can develop better and better.
