Overall great experience, very helpful, very personal, very informative, great people!
We did a gorilla trekking and a safari through Queen Elisabeth National Park. We really enjoyed the time. Everything was very well planned and adjusted according to our wishes. We enjoyed the friendly environment and got a lot of information about the places where we drove through. Highly recommendable!

Affordable, flexible, and always responsive—made our gorilla trek stress‑free.
We had an excellent experience with Cymo African for our gorilla trekking trip in Uganda. What made it possible for us was their option to pay in instalments spread over a year, which turned an otherwise expensive adventure into something affordable. When the number of people in our group changed, they immediately adjusted the cost without any hassle. They stayed in constant touch with us, answering questions and keeping us updated, which gave us great peace of mind. Beyond the logistics, they are genuinely friendly and interesting people to spend time with—important when you’re sharing a car for at least eight hours a day. We always felt safe with them, and their professionalism combined with warmth made the whole journey smooth and memorable.
An amazing experience!
I had an amazing 6-day safari experience with Cymo African Safaris to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale National Park and Murchison Falls National Park. Simon was incredibly helpful and responsive while organising the trip, especially since it was booked fairly last minute. Simon and Hosea were very knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful guides, who made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience, particularly as a solo traveller. Everything was well planned and the lodges were well chosen, comfortable and offered great food for the budget. The guides were great at spotting wildlife, and we saw all the animals I’d hoped for, with the highlights being hyenas, lions and a leopard. I would highly recommend Cymo African Safaris for a memorable safari in Uganda.
