Our safari at the National Nairobi Park with Willy was absolutely incredible, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the moment he picked us up, his professionalism, warm personality, and deep passion for Kenya’s wildlife shone through.
Willy is a master at navigating the terrain and has an almost supernatural ability to spot wildlife that we completely missed. Thanks to his expert tracking skills and vast knowledge, we were able to tick off every major animal on our list, getting amazing, up-close views that were perfect for photography. He knows exactly where to position the vehicle to capture the best angles and lighting.
Beyond his exceptional guiding and driving skills, Willy is incredibly hospitable, safe, and attentive. He kept us entertained with fascinating facts about the animals, local history, and Kenyan culture, making the long drives feel short and deeply engaging. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Great experience
We booked a 2 day / 1 Night Tour to the Amboseli Nationalpark. Everything was well organized, we had a very nice budget accomodation and a great experience in General. Our Tour Guide Wilfred went always the extra mile to show us many animals and wonderful views of the Kilimanjaro. At the second day we left to the Park very early to See the sunrise. We were back in Nairobi around 1 PM.

Intentional/Informative Adventure

Wilfred aka Willy is the owner and he was the driver cum guide on our tour. I had booked Private Safari for NNP for myself and my wife.
My experience-
I found Willy very responsive & willing to clarify/explain through out our on line communication as well as during the tour.
I have rated him 5 star because I have noticed following qualities in him.
- Very responsible and skilled driving
- Very sharp in spoting the animals
- Very Knowledgeable of the terrain and knowing where to look for specific animals
- Was explaining the behavior of the animals
- He was driving intelligently. It was evident from an incidence. When all other safari jeeps were russhing and crowding to spot a group of Rhinos grazing across a water body,instead of following other vehicles, he drove us on the other side of the water body where we could observe them at a few meters distance. That was genius.
- He was willing to answer all our queries not only about the animals , birds ,trees but also any general topics about life of Kenyans.
- When asked about unique name "Real Shangololo", he explained something like real feeling of happiness.
Well, though I did not find the word Shangololo as spelled in google search, I can say that I was happy and satisfied at the end of the tour.
I am glad that I hired him.

Great trip!
Willy was a great guide! He gave us a very fair rate of 24000 for his services to take us around Nairobi national park, and was able to use his experience to make sure we saw all the different animals there! It is hard to control all the factors of safari but finding a guide that can think quickly of different plans to give you a phenomenal experience is the most imprtant and Willy was able to do this!

Our guide was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely passionate about what he does. He made the safari incredibly enjoyable and went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience. We saw incredible wildlife, learned a lot along the way, and always felt comfortable and safe.
What stood out most was the personal attention and flexibility. It never felt rushed or overly commercial — they really cared about making the experience special for us.

An Exceptional Guide!!!
We had an incredible safari experience with Wilfred, exploring Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru National Park, and the Masai Mara.
Wilfred was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and an exceptional guide. He made sure we spotted all of the Big Five, along with so many other amazing animals along the way. His deep knowledge of wildlife, animal behaviour, and even the plants made the journey not only exciting but also truly educational.
But beyond being a wonderful guide, we also made a really good friend in Wilfred. He was funny, easygoing, and always made us feel comfortable, making the entire trip even more enjoyable.
