what a wonderful trip, I left my heart in Africa
Our guide Martin is an extremely responsible, dedicated and highly experienced veteran safari guide who made our entire trip absolutely wonderful. We even managed to spot all of the Big Five.
The supporting staff were highly responsive both during pre-trip communication and throughout our safari. Although we ran into a few minor hiccups along the way, every single issue was resolved smoothly in the end. I would highly recommend this tour—be sure to book Martin as your guide!

Great guides
Communication with customer service was rather slow. We had to take the initiative to ask and follow up repeatedly to get answers to many questions. For example, transfers to and from the airport were not proactively updated, which left us feeling worried at times.
Apart from that, everything was great. The safari vehicle was new and very clean. Best of all, we had an excellent guide, Martin! He was the highlight of our whole trip!
