These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Wakanda Tanzania Safari (the Company, we ,us, or our). By booking a safari, the client (you or the traveler) agrees to the following:
1. Booking and Confirmation
A safari booking is confirmed only after a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost has been received.
The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the safari unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
2. Prices
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, park fee adjustments, government taxes or fuel surcharges.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
More than 60 days before safari 20% cancellation fee
30–59 days before safari 50% cancellation fee
Less than 30 days before safari 100% cancellation fee No refunds are made for unused services once the safari has started.
4. Alterations to Itinerary
The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodation, or transport when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road conditions, park regulations).
Any changes will be communicated promptly, and alternatives of equal value will be offered when possible.
5. Travel Insurance
It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, accidents, baggage, and personal liability.
The Company accepts no liability for travelers who fail to secure adequate insurance..
7. Liability and Responsibility
The Company acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other service providers.
We are not liable for loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by third parties, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control
